Breakfast and dinner were the same every day. And also we booked a room with a sea view and as a result got a pool view. It would be also nice if gym mats were clean

We didn’t like the two single beds as we would of preferred one double bed. We did book for a double bed but unfortunately this was the room we was allocated on arrival. Also the WiFi does not work when you are in the room which should be sorted out as I had to constantly use my own mobile data.

The property was very clean and provided us with fresh fruits and water upon arrival. The staff were very kind and helpful and the location was very close to the beach maybe 3 minute walk.

The swimming pool. Air conditioning - there were some problems like leaking ( which was fixed the next day), but later it was impossible to set up a temperature and it was constantly at 30.

Very nice staff. Exeptionally good drinks at the pool bar. Breakfasts were OK, quite good food range for dinner.and it was tasty. Comfy beds. Nice view from the balcony.

The waiter who was working on the bar had unnecessary comments about my country and also the cocktails were so poor.

The receptionist who welcomed us was so kind. Breakfast was good. And the room filled our expectations.

The property is great - easy get to from the airport even without a car and they have lovely and helpful staff. We got there early and were able to have some breakfast and chill around the pool until our check-in and same thing applied to when we left (they have showers outside the pool). The rooms and bathrooms are nice and clean with a lovely view of the pool and sea. Overall a great experience and would 100% recommend to check it out ☺️

Our stay was quite nice. The room was beautiful, clean, enough space- exactly as on pictures. Staff was pleasant. Food was typical hotel food, I would rate it as okey. All in all, great value for money! If you want to explore beaches this is a perfect hotel.

I saw that some people were prevented from taking out sandwiches that they wrapped in paper, so even though that food was not taken out, it was still thrown away and remained unused. Then, the area around the pool could be better arranged (there was tall grass, broken sunbeds...), and the bar at the pool opens only from 11 o'clock.

Food was really good, maybe they can change the types of dishes they serve a little more, but the quality was excellent. Especially lamb with rosemary!

The negative thing ia that the hotel is devided to different buildings in a neighborhood with the pool directly on the road and parking. The reality is not like the photos on booking. And since the room was on floor - 1, it was a little but humid.

The staff was very nice and professional, the room was like the pictures on booking also clean and confortable and very spacious, the location is next to the see and the center and all the restaurants, perfect location.

The nighttime and early morning receptionists were unhelpful and could be rude

The food not enough varieties for a 4 star hotel.

The overall stay was great! The room was perfect and the staff was wonderful. The breakfast was quite doll and the dinner was not up to standard for a 4 star hotel. There was only water as an option with the dinner which was disappointing. We paid for dinner and breakfast but only ate there 1 time for the 5 days we were there, not happy about that at all.
