Small / tight balcony. We were four, but only three of us could get around the table. Beds could have been a bit more comfortable, but it is subjective.

Kind host, great location. Air conditioning in both bedrooms. Elevator. Room cleaning & towel replacement every day. Everything was available that was needed.

Bed mattress and pillows were really hard, quite uncomfortable for us, but not terrible, some people like it I guess. Room maybe smaller than imagined. Parking can be a challenge in full season, especially for us because everyday we drove our car south to discover new beaches.

Very clean, close to the local beach. Owners are very friendly and helpful. Morning breakfast pretty good for Greek standards. Good price/quality ratio. AC, kitchenette, tv, great balcony with view over the park.

The bed wasn’t particularly comfortable.

Beautifully clean and in an excellent location. We really enjoyed our stay here. The kitchen isn’t overly well-equipped but I didn’t want to cook during our stay except for tea and coffee.

perfect location. 5 minutes to the beach, a few minutes to the center. We didn't even use the car. There is free public parking nearby. The owners speak fluent German. All recommendations.

I am coming for the third time. Every time I come back I am very satisfied. It is clean, the location is convenient, there is a Lidl nearby, the beach is not far. I definitely recommend!

The only slightly negative thing, for which I can’t blame the property owners was the parking area next to the property which became a large pond due to a summer storm, and after that there was a bad smell coming from it. As well, it would be good to install meshes against insects, there were a lot of mosquitos.

very close to the beach, probably a 5 minute walk. extremely close to the very centre of Paralia Katerini, with all bars and restaurants, as well as any points of interest and shops. Free parking was included, another of the many worries at sea resorts that was completely taken care of. Staff was very nice and welcoming! Overall, a very positive vibe, will definitely return!

Everything was PERFECT 😍

Great place: very close to the sea, shops and tavernas around, very close to Lidl and Discount Market. Building has elevator: so even if you live on 4th floor, don't worry, its great to use elevator. Room itself was clean, big and fully equipped: kitchenette, air conditioning, smartTV, excellent WI-FI. Housekeeping lady is very neat and polite, she speaks russian, has kind eyes and beautiful smile. Host is warmhearted kind person, he speaks great english and will help you with any needs. He is always around and I always had fast answers for all my questions. He helped a lot to me and my small daughter when we stay here. God bless you and this beautiful place. Highly recommended and I will come back here 100%! ❤️

everything is perfect, clean cozy studio, with nice balcony, has everything you need for a comfortable stay, the staff is friendly and smiling, the location is cool, walking distance to the beach around 5 min, close to the center and Lidl supermarket is in 3 min by walk and many stores and restaurants around. Very quite, we slept perfectly there. Thank you 🙏

The owner waited for us even we arrived at night. Everything was as we expected. AC worked perfectly, also WiFi. The hotel is located in a quiet area. he rooms have very reasonable prices.

dirty and had a terrible smell. we did not stay at the property although the owner lied about it.

we never stayed due to sewage issues however not only we have been charged but Booking die nothing about it. nevertheless we are promised that the issue would be attended but no response an d no resolution

it wasn’t like in the pictures. Terrace is too small for sitting. No place for table and chairs are like for kids. Kitchen is very poor. Cooker is old and slow.
