Cannot think of anything we did not like.

Our room was across the street in the Quartano Residence. It was very nice and new. Konstantina was so very nice and helpful. She arranged for us to be picked up and dropped off at the end of our trip. Also a car rental was arranged for us and dropped off at our location. The owner and the driver who picked us up were also very friendly. The breakfast was wonderful as was the staff that served the breakfast. The pool area was very nice as well. We would definitely stay here again.

The beds are very firm and not the comfiest which I feel is worth mentioning as it did mean we didn't sleep great. Also, the pool is great but there is no "normal" sun loungers, they are all bean bag style or there is one rattan bed which are not very comfy when spending the day by the pool. It may be worth them investing in just a couple of your typical sunbeds for comfort rather than stylish bean bags for guests who want to spend a day by the pool.

The location is great, it's a short 10 minute walk into town which means the hotel is nice and quiet. The staff are fantastic so attentive and friendly, George was so lovely and we enjoyed getting to know him during our stay! Transfers were all arranged by the hotel which made everything very easy. The hotel was exceptionally clean, by far the cleanest we stayed in of our whole island hopping trip.

This is a lovely family run hotel. It’s really peaceful and comfortable and the staff were especially lovely and helpful. It’s a 10 minute stroll to the town centre and the pool area was great

We wish the pool stayed open a bit later. It closed at 7pm. Included breakfast was simple and very small. If you were paying for breakfast, it comes on large plates with much more variety.

Location was amazing. Walking distance to town in about 6 minutes. Staff was always so friendly and willing to help with anything. Very quiet hotel.

Breakfast and staff was amazing. We were upgraded which we were very happy about and the size was ample. Breakfast was amazing, plentiful and delicious. Family Run was key as there was a good deal of attention to detail.

Breakfast- A criticism about the top of the chain not the actual ground staff who we felt sorry for trying to provide a service for a totally unwieldy system using the app quarto. This app doesn't always load properly first off, next, you are asked to order your breakfast prior to 11pm the night before. We stayed for 4 nights and gave up ordering via the app when the order was never actually fulfilled correctly, so decided to order in the morning to save embarrassment for the staff when the kitchen didn't didn't follow the pre order properly. Best advice- get rid of the app system, put more than 2 overworked serving staff on the floor and order on the day. I witnessed a staff member being abused by a disgruntled guest (who did over react but apologised later) had ordered via the app but the ordering system had completely let them both down. This seemed to be a daily occurrence at this hotel who seems to want to market itself as higher end yet simply isn't willing to invest in the staff ratio and upkeep of the premise. The pool is dated and tired as are the rooms with cheap and tasteless decor. Wi-Fi was sketchy and terrible.

It was a shame that you had to use an app to get a drink or something to eat. Would have been nice to of been able to use the bar after we checked out as we had a couple of hours to kill. However it did not put us off and our overall stay at the Heliessa was absolutely fantastic.

A tranquil and peaceful escape yet so close to all the activity of Naousa. Breakfast was lovely and the staff were great and were very attentive and happy to help. Would definatly recommend and would love to return.

Two things could improve the guest experience: the pool area seating is old and tired with not much atmosphere. Some minor improvements (eg. fresh furniture, umbrellas, plants) would make a big difference. The breakfast pre-ordering system is not my preferred way to eat and also a little disorganised. The food comes from across the road so things arrive all at once and is usually cold. A small improvement would be to bring the coffee and cold food when the guests first sit down. Then bring the hot food a little while later.

Good overall. A great selection of breakfast items. Very friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Good location. Great to have a pool.

The lights in the rooms are quite dark and when blinds/curtains were drawn very dim lighting as you are trying to get ready but still only very small in the whole scheme of things

The pool area is amazing and the staff are brilliant. They could not be more helpful and everything was so clean and tidy. The fact you could order to your room or to the pool area and they were so efficient and kind was a massive bonus. The drinks were reasonably priced and breakfast was really good. Location was perfect. It's about a 5 minute walk to the main town so far enough away from the loud noises at night and still ideally located for everything, there was a quad hire, café and little shop/bakery at the end of the road. Brilliant holiday experience.

Nothing, everything went far from our expectations. Perfect stay.

Absolutely loved our stay at Heliessa. Staff were over the top to help us our with any of our needs and requests. Breakfast was amazing, and a lot of options. Pool was great and clean. Room was bigger than what we expected or what it looked like from the pictures. Balcony was the perfect touch to room, and a great view from it too. Overall, I would recommend Heliessa to anyone!
