We could hear every sound from outside, the hall, and the neighboring rooms where guests were staying. Our setup included two single beds pushed together, but they were shifted apart from each other, leaving an uncomfortable gap in the middle.

We stayed in this hotel for four days and we spent beautiful time. We thank Letta for the nice hospitality!!! The breakfast was very very good not only salad, but also for sweets. The chef was always very kind and smiling all the time. The bedrooms were modern and confortable. Plastic free in the bathroom and clean. Eccellent position to go everywhere. Letta gave us the possibility to leave the laggage to satisfy every needs.

The setting of the shower area - it won’t be flooding but the water is definitely accumulating a bit outside of the shower area. But it is alright. It always got cleaned the next day. Some room doors are just right next to each other. If your neighbour is not considerate and just pulls the door closed when they leave or push it closed when they come, it will be so loud that your heart might skip a beat. (It happened to me for two nights and it scared me to death and my second night was full of nightmares until they checked out early around 7 am.)

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. The responsible were always trying to get feedback from us and interact with us. Location was good; if it was peak season it would be more lively but it feels safe. Room is clean and big, as well as the balcony.

A couple of small details, for example I had no toiletries in my room. I raised this with reception but still none came. The hotel was a bit noisy, you can really hear other doors opening and closing for example.

The hotel has no parking. Well, actually, they have but a few. Breakfast was very averige, no baked eggs, coffee only black, coffee machine setup is only for black, there are option to make cappuccino or late at all.

Quite good location, perfect and very spacious room. Clean and well prepared. There is chuch aside, and sometimes, bell rings, but there is no problem. It is not loud. Before booking, just know that. For us and our comfort, it wasn't a problem at all.

No ventilation in the bathroom. Only one key for the room. Our bed sheets were tidied up instead of being changed.

I understand that it is a common problem in Rhodes but indeed there were moments where the water was gathering a bit in a corner of the bathroom but nothing that was not fixable with passing the towel and let it dry. Also, there were times that the fridge made a funny noise but it was not constant. As an improvement I would suggest to put in the bathroom a toilet brush.

Me and my husband arrived at the hotel in one of the most heartbreaking day the island had to face: the day where the fires spread so much that sooo many locals and turists had to be evacuated in emergency from the south of the island. I can not even imagine how devastating it was for the locals working in the hotel yet they remained so professional and friendly and helpful, always with a smile, always with an advice, keeping us informed all the way and reassuring us. Just for that, the hotel deserves a 10 out of 10! As for the hotel itself: the location is probably one of the best you can get in Rhodes town, 10 min from both beaches (Elli and the windy one), surrounded by everything you need - very good restaurants and bars, shops, bakery, supermarkets. The harbor for cruises is also nearby (10 min walking) and the Old town a 15 min walk. The room was spotless clean, everyday we had cleaning service. There were no mosquitoes or any other insects. The bed was ultra comfortable, the clime worked perfectly fine. No problems with water pressure (except for the occasional cuts of water and electricity in the first days due to the fires but than everything went back to normal). The breakfast is absolutely ok, continental type with bread, egs, cheese, some types of meat, vegetables, some cakes. Everyday some type of pie/pastry sweet or salty was baked and everytime it was delicious. All in all, if ever we'll come back to Rhodes (and I believe we will), we'll definitely choose the same hotel!

The location of the hotel is very suitable for walking to the city center and beach. It is close to the restaurants and old town. Maria at the reception gave us detailed information about attractions, restaurants and also delicious gelatos. She is very helpful and kind staff. We are so happy for her contribution to us. If we will come again to Rhodes we hope to stay again in this hotel. The breakfast is very good and enough.
