The beds and the linens were rather old. The breakfast could be made richer, with fresher ingredients (more fruit and home-made cakes) What we liked the least was our Easter Eve Dinner which was very overpriced and the quality of the service was very poor. I understand that this was probably the hotel trying to go the extra mile but I think it should not have been offerred in the first place if there was not enough time and personnel for its preparation.

The location is excellent and the facilities are very nice, even though the hotel could be much improved with some mild upgrades. The common spaces are beautiful, spacious and luminous. The rooms could be bigger but were very clean and (more importantly) very quiet and noise-proof.

The accommodation is located in a central spot which is convenient for excursions. It was clean, the staff was polite and willing. The breakfast was adequate. Our stay was very pleasant.

Next to the hotel is a playground which was noisy until late. The hotel itself is a pretty old construction and needs some improvements,such as windows screens and better mattresses.

When we first arrived, we found the room underheated ,if not cold, (used an extra blanket to sleep) and only when it was our departure day, the radiators were working decently! We couldn't control the temperature from the room and I strongly suspect it was manipulated! The breakfast was just typical.. they could have added pies, or omelettes or more local products and certainly FREE coffee options! I felt punished because I do NOT drink American coffee for breakfast and I had to pay extra for a hot chocolate drink or a simple Greek coffee... totally unacceptable! The Holy Saturday evening meal was really poor and of limited choice!

The location is excellent! The rooms which have a wonderful view to the surrounding gardens,the little village and the mountains, are the best! Very clean and well-maintained, perhaps the mattress was a bit hard for my liking (but that was my personal idea of course). The central lounge next to the reception area is really EXCELLENT! There is a big open fireplace and several sofas (one next to or behind the other) all with small or larger coffee tables which attract hotel guests for coffee, or chat, or board games, or a quiet moment to enjoy the view from the big windows.

I think the room can be refurbished, it is extremely clean but for the money we payed I think they can improve it

the lobby is amazing , after a tiring day in such a beautiful area of Karpenisi it was really a pleasure to enjoy few hour in this amazing lobby .. very nice decorated and with a great bar/ restaurant

The room was not big enough for one adult and two teenagers equipped with 1 double bed ,one sofa and a single bed.Initially it was requested a roo with 3 single beds,but such a room was not available. The reception of the hotel had not received the request ,because was sent by booking.com to the reservation dpt only,but these two dpts do not communicate with each other! The breakfast the first day had a lack of some of the offerings. The second day everything was adequate. The hotel is pretty old and a renovation would increase its value and customer's satisfaction.

The lobby with the fireplace in the middle, is large enough and can accommodate a lot of people.

We stayed just before New years Eve.I booked two rooms and both rooms were a bit outdated and the bathrooms, the shower jn particular was horrible They could do with some refurbishment. In one of the rooms, the TV remote nor the main light were working. The receptionist came to check but told us that we couldn't move as they were fully booked. We were not even asked if we wanted to dine in the restaurant for NYE, and when I asked, they told us that they were fully booked.. In my opinion, it was not worth the money that we paid.

The staff were friendly but seemed a little bit disorganised. At breakfast, the first day, we waited 20 minutes for 2 cups of coffee, and the second day, they charged us for coffees even though we had paid for breakfast. The main entrance and lobby are beautiful. The fireplace is amazing.

The service is exceptional, and the suite is just beautiful. Thanks again for the idea of parking in the garden, our bikes were safe and close. It was a pleasure to stay at your place.

The service was really bad! No-one spoke English or any other language but Greek. The breakfast was beyond bad, cold eggs, stale bread. I wanted just coffee- and was reminded several times that I have to pay for it. It felt like an Eastern European hotel during the Cold War. Nothing friendly or hospitable - extremely unprofessional. Don’t go there!

The staff was polite and eager to help. The place was always warm and cosy,despite the cold weather outside.There was always hot water. The room was really clean. Breakfast was tasty . An all around great experience,keep up the good work!

The room was old. The bed matrices was terrible. We all had very uncomfortable sleep. They have to be replaced yesterday!!!!! In general the hotel needs maintenance. It has to be financially supported with investments.
