Quality of all-inclusive drinks could be better - they vere all too sweet, very limited choice of natural juices

The shower facilities in the Gym area are very dated and do not drain well. We used them after check out as our flight was very late in the evening. Staff very helpful to arrange for soaps and towels etc.

The options for the breakfast, lunch and dinner are extensive. There is a lot to choose from. Many hot options as well as cold options. Excellent variety.

The gym.

The location is great. Next to the beach that joins on the nearest town. Me and my Daughter had 8 nights and it was relaxing. P.s, the sea is super clear and blue, very clean and nice and warm.

The check out day could be made more comfortable, although there is a luggage room the shower room was not great. As some of our group had a late evening flight it made the last day difficult and long.

The location is excellent, walking distance from the beach, bars and restaurants. The staff were amazing, extremely helpful, happy and nothing was an issue for them. The food was sufficient with plenty of choice.

We didn’t like how the pool was only open from 10-6. We think this is ridiculous as it should be opened earlier and closing later during daylight hours. We also didn’t like how you could only go to the burger bar once. The bar stuff were also quite rude and when we requested to make a drink that was not on the menu, we abruptly got told no even though they had all the spirits for it. The food was also very average. The chef in the buffet (older lady) was quite slow and there was often a wait for food.

We loved the location of the property and the size of the room. However, the biggest highlight were the staff - they were absolutely incredible. The doorman and reception was the standout and always so helpful and polite. There was one barman and a worker at the burger bar who were awfully rude which we did not appreciate.

The hotel was not really clean, especially in the room and the remaking of the beds. The bath products were not always present and we should ask for them.

Good buffet variety, especially for what concerns breakfast. The girl at the reception was extremely kind and smiley (really really appreciated the hospitality she gives to the guests). Overall the hotel is pretty comfortable.

Not enough beds around main pool area back pool & indoor pool toilets/bar area could do with modernising ? Also carpet in hallways should not be there ?? Wood floor or tiles perhaps x was not able to get late check out - shower downstairs was shocking -curtain didn’t fit shower head sprayed everywhere- floor flooded

People go down early to reserve sun beds with towels so there are no beds for everyone else and there are just empty beds with towels. Reception woke us up early in the morning to ask about our email confirmation which I had already shown them on check in. All inclusive breakfast said it started at 7am but it was not ready until after 7:30am but we had to leave early so missed out.

Beautiful room, clean, stylish and modern. Lovely shower. Food buffet has lots of variety, very tasty.

Other guests reserving the sunbeds with towels at main pool from 6 AM every day. By the time the pool opened (10 AM), all sunbeds were reserved already for at least an hour. Fortunately, the smaller pool at the other side was "less popular" and we were able to go there spontaneously if wanting to swim and sunbath for a bit. Really thin walls (I could understand which language our neighbors were speaking through the wall). Take earplugs :)

Food and drinks were good and the variety was surprisingly big. Location was nice (close enough to Bars, Restaurants, Clubs but enough distance to not be disturbed at night). Pools were nice too, perfect water temperature for me. The beach is some 80 m away, has quite some rocks at the entry (but no sharp edges, you can easily walk into the water also without swim shoes)

The all inclusive food was at times repetitive but okay. The drinks were not great, everything was made up with syrup (cocktails were made with syrup and no fruit juice) if you wanted dark rum/copperberg/desperados, you'll have to pay. The wine was atrocious!

My room was exceptionally perfect! I loved how clean and neat it was. Housekeeping was amazing !

There were only a few sun loungers at the pool which meant getting up by 7am to ensure you had one. Buffet repetitive but there are lots of restaurants on the door step to eat out at. Only other downside we found was there were no sun loungers at the beach, had to pay around €5 per lounger per day which isn’t extortionate just something to be aware of.

Lovely location, a stones throw away from the busy main port of Hersonissos. Beautiful modern room with a lovely view of the sea. Set just back off the beach from approx. 2 minute walk. Reception staff were friendly and helpful, room was ready when we arrived at around 12.30pm. Lovely, clean pool area with comfortable loungers! Know bar on the beach was a lovely addition, especially in the evening the two bartenders couldn’t do enough for you. Buffet breakfast and lunch was fine, just a little repetitive but that’s to be expected with an all inclusive. Lots of beautiful restaurants within 5 minutes of the hotel and all exceptionally reasonable - we ate out every night.

Have just returned from a 7 night stay at Hersonisos Palace. Really nice, recently refurbished bedrooms, two great pools (one quieter than the other, if you wanted a bit of peace) both with plenty of loungers - some of the ones around the main pool did get reserved at 7.30 in the morning but others still available at 9.30 and then at various times throughout the day (the second pool always had loungers, no matter the time of day). Good choice of food at all three sessions, with plenty of fresh fruit and salad. If you've stayed all inclusive at this level before, it's the usual fayre, with four or five choices of hot food and accompanying sides. All of the staff were really friendly, especially Dimitri (in the restaurant) and the guys at the pool bar. This hotel is just a 3 min walk from the beach & their own beach bar - great for an evening drink watching the waves crashing against the shore and a 10 min walk from the 'strip', along with shops and restaurants. I would have no hesitation in coming back one day.

1. Quite difficult to communicate in English with the reception staff. I asked one evening that for the next morning if they would help us with an early breakfast or a small package for the road. We had a full day trip to Santorini. They said YES right away, they photocopied all our tickets for this trip, noted in a register the time at which it had to be ready (6.20 AM). The surprise was that the next morning, at the requested time, no one knew about our request (neither at the kitchen nor at the reception). We had to leave after 15 minutes of useless waiting because we risked missing the bus. 2. We had also asked to change our cooler in that day, which hadn't cooled at all for several days. In the evening, we had a second surprise - obviously they hadn't solved the cooler problem. Regarding the receptionists, they initially seem to communicate in English, but I found that in fact they only have a few sentences that they learned by heart. They cannot have a minimal conversation or understand simple requests from clients. 3. The rooms located above the goods supply ramp benefit of noise as well as the smell of food cooked at the restaurant. 4. On the first day, I broke a glass bottle on the floor in the room. I mostly cleaned the large pieces of broken glass. During the 7 days spent in the room, we realized that the services did not include vacuuming the floor. Until the end, I kept finding small pieces of glass on the floor.

We liked the hotel room and also the food menu.
