Not much of a view but I think it was described as sea view. Had to wait ages to check in as Reception office closed when I arrived by ferry in afternoon.

Good Location on seafront not far from Port and Restaurants,not too far from town.Big Supermarket nearby. Young man on Reception very helpful in arranging Taxi for onward travel and with lock on suitcase. Room very big with balcony,kitchenette etc.A/C good as it was so hot outside.

The lack of an iron to get the wrinkles out of our clothes for the wedding. Received one after the fact.

We liked having a kitchenette and we also liked the fact that a few beaches and the restos in the by the port were within walking distance.

I would say the only thing we didn’t like is the fact that the laundry room is only accessible for a short window during the week. 

This property is located near footsteps from the beach and the AB (grocery) store. We stayed here for 10 nights and we feel like we stayed with family. The housekeeper on this property, Miss Rena, is such a wonderful woman. She not only cleaned our room frequently, she also didn’t make us feel bad when our 3y got sick in the bed, in the middle of the night. She was such a pleasure to chat with in the mornings as she walked by and she always interacted with our children as if they were her own.  The check-in process was very simple and it helped that we booked on this app.

I could not watch TV at all I didn't know if I was to wash dish there was no dish rack.

There could be a short table or a bench in the room to place the luggage. Also it would be nice if there was a double bed instead of two beds side by side.

The location was ideal and the hotel itself was stylish and with character. Most importantly, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The overall atmosphere was was cozy and easy going; ideal for holidays. It was very convenient that it also had a parking lot where we could leave our car.

Beautiful view, clean and comfortable room and exceptionally friendly staff. My mom had a fall accident on the boat before arriving to the hotel. The hotel staff was very helpful and even drove with them to the pharmacy after their ER visit and making sure they had everything they needed.

Two small things: toilet paper wasn't topped up on a couple of days, and it wasn't clear to us when check-out was so we had a bit of a rush on the moving out day.

The location of the hotel is excellent: it's conveniently located between Karlovasi centre and the beach, with a large supermarket nearby. The room and hotel were very clean and tidy. John, who checked us in, was super friendly and helpful with recommendations etc!

The beach opposite the hotel is nothing special but then you can walk to Potami and Seitani - and they are!

Big well equipped apartments with a balcony and well kept grounds. There's a modern supermarket just down the road, handily placed for self catering!

Weak WiFi connection, we had to use mobile internet.

Perfect for us. Good location- near to Karlovasi port, supermarket few meter away. The room and balcony was big with partial sea view. Daily cleaning.

The beds are a bit hard and I never quite figured out how to shower without soaking half the bathroom. But neither of those things would deter me from staying again.

I really loved this apartment style room. It was a great size and well kitted out with almost everything you could need for an extended stay.
