Everything was quite ok, but breakfast could have been better. There was no parking available and the hotel parking was quite expensive (could have been included in the price).

Hotel.did see better days, but everything was clean, and bad confortable. Breakfast could be a bit better. It is a bit of walking to the centre.

Staff is really friendy. Convenient to catch a bus to the airport. Restaurant at the top serves good food, nice and quiet place.

That is was not available parking lot and it was not available to reserve in advance the parking lot. I believe that this would be a great benefit for clients, if it is possible to reserve the parking lot (even if it is paid).

I liked the location that was 10 min away from the center. The staff was professional and the rooms were clean. I like that this is one of the hotels that had great bathroom.

The rooms were too warm and there was no way to control the temperature unless you open a window. Renovated rooms with cramped bathrooms; the flushing system of the toilet was similar to the one found in ships. Soundproofing was a minor issue; look for inner rooms. The breakfast was tasty but the same (limited for a five star hotel) variety every day.

Spacious clean rooms with facilities and excellent WiFi (both private and throughout the hotel). Good location with paid parking (although limited spaces). Walking distance to the famous Ladadika and within 15-20’ walk to the Aristotelous square. Very friendly and helpful staff. Next to the metro station (will open in 2024).

There is a stark contrast between the common areas of the hotel, which are top notch and of 5 star quality, and the rooms, which appear to be slightly outdated (more like 3,5 stars). I would recommend the hotel management to invest in the gradual refurbishment of the rooms. Also, in the description of the rooms on this platform, it seems that every room has a balcony, which is not the case (only rooms in the front have a balcony). My room was in the back, with a tiny window and a view to a parking lot and delapidated buildings. Rooms in the front however are on the side of a very busy road. In my honest opinion, the hotel should offer the possibility to choose between the 2 room types on the booking platforms.

The strong point of this hotel is without any doubt its staff. Without any exception they are all genuinely friendly, interested in their clients' wellbeing and eager to provide a pleasant stay. Common areas appear to have been recently refurbished. Rooftop pool, bar and restaurant are a plus, even on the warmer days in winter. Rooms are clean and quite comfortable. There is room for improvement, but I had a very pleasant stay and would not hesitate to return.

The room needs renovation and especially the bathroom. The hot and cold water were connected opposite in rubinete. Breakfast was not sufficient for a five star hotel.

The room was dark because it had a small window overlooking the ugly courtyard. Inadequate protective curtain on the bathtub, which took up half the bathroom. Parts of the hotel could be renovated.

A decent sized room with a large bed, desk and sitting area. There is a kettle with tea and coffee in the room. Decent sized bathroom. Excellent lunch during the conference break. Pleasant bar on the terrace on the last floor and pleasant lobby.

I would love a better variety in the breakfast buffet. It was just acceptable and the " orange juice" was not even real orange juice, it was just a mango drink.

The location was very central and suited our needs. The staff were helpful & polite. There was also an excellent breakfast provided.

The rooms are a bit dated and need upgrading but it was still adequate for our 4 night stay.

The staff were so lovely and helpful. The main reception area and pool areas are fantastic.

5th Floor smelled of stale cigarettes. Pool is too shallow for adults. I hurt my knee. Aesthetically beautiful layout but it’s a plunge pool not a swimming pool. It’s covered on roof top.

Close to centre Clean & convenient, close to shops. Staff were excellent. Breakfast & dinner we’re excellent.

Not giving it 10 cos rooms could do an update and I thought the location will be bit closer but was still ok, water in the pool was cold

Only a little niggle, the minibar had a bright light that was directly in front of the bed. I had to cover it as I need almost total darkness to sleep. Other than that, no issues.

Great location for what I needed, on the main road with lots of transport options and an ATM nearby. Facilities were excellent too. Breakfast had lots of options and on until a good time if you wanted a lie-in.
