Clean and beautiful room with all amenities. Mr Giorgos informed me about everything (restaurants, villages, beaches) and he found me a car in a very good price. The location is calm and there are shops next to the Hotel such as mini market and a grocery. The breakfast is very good.

The external parts of the property (façades etc.) and the garden could very well be maintained in a better manner. Other than that, the rooms were excellently clean, fresh and newly refurbished, spacious and very comfortable!

The bathrooms need a renovation because when you take a shower the the water spreads everywhere and the whole bathroom floor gets wet.

I think there is nothing to write about this facility but the warm wellcome with island special Masticha candy and wine we had been offered upon arrive, the owner Mr. Yorgos is a real gentelman, he will try to help you with everything that he can even on spontaneous situations, each customer will have his very special attention to cover all their expectations, the whatsapp message that you will have only a day before your arrival gives you this feeling that you are going to stay in a place which he really cares, the staff smiling all the day, clean, very good house keeping, delicious exceptional breakfast, excellent location of the facility

We didn't encounter any situation that we didn't like.

First of all we would like to thank Giorgos for all his friendship and hospitality. No matter what kind of problem we had, he helped us in every situation, from renting a car to needing a last minute breakfast. He explained the island to us on the first day we arrived and helped us a lot in getting to know the island. He was accessible from the earliest hours of the morning until 10 pm. We thank him for all his hard work and friendship. The room was just like in the picture. Didn't face any issue with A/C. Even if room cleaning is not requested every day, our toilet was cleaned every day. Our towels were changed once a two day. Thanks to Cherry for her help with cleaning. We will definitely come again a place. There are public and privately operated beaches and close to the hotel and hotel is located 2,3km far away from center. Facility has free parking. You are in the center for 7-8 euros by taxi. In short, our vacation was amazing. Thank you Homely studio team for everything.

We loved everything, the only possible downside is that when the hotel is fully booked, there might not be a parking space for your car. The nearest parking space is a little bit far away.

The breakfast consisted of set items and a table per room, with no open buffet. Toasters, yogurt, cereals, milk, tea, and coffee were also available. The room was clean and quiet, nearby beaches were great and walkable. The host is extremely helpful in every situation.

One of the downsides was the breakfast, which unfortunately lacked variety. Throughout my stay, the menu remained the same every day, consisting mainly of toast and cheese. Additionally, the quality of the coffee and tea was subpar. Another issue I encountered was the slow internet connection. At times, it was so sluggish that I had to rely on my own mobile data for internet access. Regrettably, the poor internet speed prevented me from making video calls to communicate with my parents.

The hotel's location is conveniently situated just a 15-minute drive from the city center. Moreover, there are two or three beautiful beaches within walking distance of the hotel, making it easily accessible for guests who enjoy beach outings. The receptionist, Yorgo, was an exceptional individual who went above and beyond to assist us with any issues or inquiries we had. His friendly demeanor and willingness to help were remarkable. Yorgo even generously shared his personal phone with us, allowing us to reach out to him for recommendations on car rentals, restaurants, nearby beaches, and information about the must-visit places in Chios. His extensive knowledge and guidance greatly enhanced our overall experience at the hotel.

Giorgos is an excellent person. His energy is very good. He was very helpful at every stage of the stay and car rental as well. The room and accommodation conditions are very good. There is a market and a beach near the facility. No parking problem. Our next stay will definitely be here again.

Host was very helpful in making our stay comfortable. A very friendly and knowledgeable host- we appreciated his help and it gave a very good impression. The room itself had comfortable beds and the shower was also good. Whilst being a little far out from the main town centre (35-40 min walk), we quite enjoyed this aspect as it was calmer and there was good access to beaches. Also, we still had supermarkets and some restaurants within walking distance. Access to a kitchen within the property was convenient for us, and there was also a table football table and ping pong on site

Mr. Giorgos Mylonadis (the owner) sent me a text message saying that our room would be upgraded to a bigger studio with 3 single beds and seaview from the balcony, just because his father will be greeting us, instead of him. That was such a nice gesture. And Mr. 'Papa' Mylonadis kindly and friendly welcomed us. The hotel is located by the seaside and just a few km.s away from Chiros Port. It was nicely quiet area. Room was so great with good lighting, high ceiling, comfortable beds. When we go to Chios once again, there is no doubt that we'll be staying in this property.

When you travel things can always be a little better but honestly this stop was great and restful. The town of Chios is also a fun walk around for coffee and food, and shopping.

Lovely stay and wonderful people - Georgio was the perfect host. Our first surprise was an upgrade to a larger room with a balcony view of the water. We spent breakfasts and evenings outside relaxing. He had many suggestions, and we took his idea of renting a car (totally arranged - and so reasonable), and driving the island. There is always more to see but we went to Nea Loni Monastery, Mesta, and through the Mastik growing area, finishing our trip at the Mastik museum which was impressive. We also drove to Anavatos and walked the old city totally evacuated following the war with Turkey (much history to learn here). The small cafe at the ginning of one trail and close to the chapel was very nice - so was lunch. Thanks Georgio and family. I hope this review helps guide others to your doorstep.
