The hotel is partially renovated and the lobby was really nice.The food in the restaurant was really delicious. The view from the 4th floor, where was our room was marvellous.

Maybe bathroom needs refurbishment We have Half board, and for dinner needed to pay extra for 2 small beers( we been charged as 2 large) Cocktails cost 10e,which is overpriced Would suggest to have only BnB, and have lunch/dinner outside hotel as there are plenty nice restaurants Hotel is nice, and good location, so would recommend it

The elevator was slow, also the coffee (frape) was not the best. The room was very dark, not enough light.

The view was perfect! Spacious hotel room, also the room was clean. The parking was next to the hotel, plenty of parking space. Nice breakfast! Would recommend this hotel.

Lots of activities on at night which were very loud, music etc in the Outdoor Pool Area till Midnight. Very difficult to sleep if you needed an early night. Food was not always available around the Pool area although were told it was available to order during the day.

The double bed was made by two twin beds next to each other, both covered together with a large bed sheet to look like one double bed. This caused discomfort in the middle area of the bed, and I woke up many times during the night because of that. I asked in the reception whether it was possible to change it, they said they’ll check but took no action. We had plastic chairs in the balcony, while we could see other balconies having way more modern balcony chair and table. I suggest the hotel unifies the look and equipments of every room. Location is great but only if you have a car, which makes it easy to visit beaches and towns along the Kassandra peninsula. If you don’t have a car, even going to the nearest beach presents a challenge.

The room and joint areas were clean and the staff were really kind. The hotel pool bar looked nice and lively, even tho we did not sit for a drink. The breakfast was good.

Excellent service. Food is also very good. The beach nearby at Alexander the Great hotel is excellent. The pool was great. My kids really enjoyed the stay.

The bathroom was not as expected, we had problems with the toilet flush that was fixed once and then broke again. The shower head needed to be changed also.

Breakfast and dinner were great, every family member will be satisfied. The room was spacious and comfortable and very clean. Friendly and communicative staff. Pool area is spacious with great pool bar. Kids playground is perfect. Great for relaxed family holiday.

Rooms are not renovated and hotel is too far from beach on the hill. There is no elevator from the reception, you need to go with all things one floor down and from that floor you can go in rooms. Parking is on the oposite side of the street and there is no crosswalk.

WiFi connection in hotel is poor, and hotel location ( without a car or bus transport it’s hard to move around).

The net could be better, the beach to where the minibus was going was not good and clean, but if you have a car, there are many other options around Kasandra.

Cleanliness, polite staff, very good dinner, every night there were different dishes. The room and bath were big enough and well furnished.

The hotel need a total renovation. The elevators were very old and often they did not worked. The room need a renovation also , because everything was old . The pool was so small and couldn’t withstand all the tourist, it was overcrowded. The position is far from the beach and those who hadn’t a car stayed at the pool. They had a minivan to take people at the beach , but that was an expensive beach . So if you have an all inclusive , it is not very appropriate. Fortunately we were with car and we enjoyed.

The hotel was clean and the food was good for an “all inclusive “ style. The waiters were friendly and all the time helping everyone. The view from balcony was nice.

The wifi never worked. Every night they had events such as karaoke every night, which were very loud and if you wanted to sleep, it was impossible until nearly midnight... The worst part I'd say was that reaching the restaurant in the morning, lunch and dinner, was usually a pain. They'd lock the main door which had direct access from the pool(50m walk), and we'd have to climb stairs, get outside of the property, get in through some car gallery, and then descend stairs(200m walk). This was particularly fun when it was raining and we obviously had no umbrellas...

Booking information that payment is in hotel is not correct. 7 days before arrival hotel charges your credit card in full amount. That was unpleasant experience. Wi-fi Internet is not working. Food - meat, fish and pastries are very poor quality.
