It's not as in photos. Hotel is ok, but not modern style as it presents. The food is average. You can't use the spa or the gym... Working hours are from 11h until 19h, the time you spend at the beach, not running back to hotel to use it. TV in the room is on the ceiling...

People were nice, and the position of the hotel is good.

1. They could had different breakfast at least every 2 days, not the same one every single day. 2. I was with half board and they served at dinner only water, not even gas water. There was always an employee at the juice/beer stand to be sure you won't get something else except water. 3. My wife wanted to take 2 apples for my kids and the staff quickly said that she is not allowed to do that, you should eat the apples there. 4. Someone took a large plate (normal dinner plate) to take some fruits and eat at the table. The staff instructed him that for fruits he should take the smaller plate. If I want to eat in a larger plate so I won't get up 3 times and refill that plate, what is the problem? As a a conclusion, this is a hotel that is focused on saving money than trying as little as possible to please you. I do not recommend this hotel, and I will never come back.

The room was not as we had booked it, as it was in the description details of the booking page. After 5 request to change the mattress of the bad, they didn't changed. Car parking is not safe has no security cameras. Our car was damaged, we reported it to the reception, he told us he was sorry, but we do not have security cameras in the parking lot.

Breakfast, lunch, dinner were very good, the opportunity to choose your desired food. The staff was very friendly, The location is great the beach is about 10 minutes walking from the hotels.

Everything is great. Hotel is very clean. Food is more then fine, everything is always full. Location is excelent for go around and visit the beautifful beaches of Kasandra.

A very good value for money. In comparison to other places, this time we felt like we did the right thing here. Clean room, nice view, all essentials available. A warm place to be, when looking to stay somewhere in this region. Nicely designed with bright colours. delicious and plentiful breakfast buffet!! Only recommendable.

We checked out on Monday morning in September. There were barely any people in the hotel we asked to keep the room for an extra 2h so we don't have to check out at 11 am. They did not allow us and I was really disappointed. We had a small baby and just wanted to take shower and leave around 1 pm. Very disappointed and will not book this place again because it's not cheap and an extra 2h on Monday afternoon in September would have not hurt their schedule. Don't come if you don't drive and you want to go to the beach. The village doesn't have an appropriate beach at all.

The hotel was clean, a very nice-looking lobby, the restaurant was clean, the pool was good. Staff were friendly and following COVID19 restrictions and were kind and helpfull.

Staff so unfriendly and not helpfull. Food not so good. Pool was with a specific floor like a huge plastic bag filled with water. Parking of the hotel across the main street not within the hotel. Allinclusive is far faaaar from allinclusive. Buffet poor. Drinks disaster, tasted like poison. My kid couldn't have juice, it was like colored water. Alchoholic drinks even worse. The hotel does not have a room service. If you want water in the room you should pay anr we were on allinclusive. They bring 2 bottles in room only first day and that's it. If you wany water late night no water. Shops are not working and bar also. Location far from everything. No near beach. Always have to drive.

Unacceptable. They suppose to offer buffet breakfast but they didn't allow customers to serve themselves. They were offering only hard boiled eggs. We asked a soft boiled egg for our 18 month baby but they initially refused because they said that they couldn't serve special requests. Eventually they agreed but we realized that they gave us a raw egg. We asked a baby bed. When we arrived we found out that there was no matτress at the baby bed but a heavy quilt. They eventually brought us a mattress. We asked a kettle but they refused. Eventually, we found one at the kitchen. There was a significant leak at the air condition. We called the reception at 2.00am in the morning but replied that they didn't have technical support at that time. We had to stay without air-condition during the night. In the morning, they didn't sent technical support.

Very thin walls, could hear everything from outside the room. Small room and low ceiling especially in the bathroom. Also the curtains allowed the sun into the room.

The Wi-Fi was really bad and was always disconnecting.

It was really clean and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. The room was always clean and pretty comfy. Also, the food was really good and diverse.

The staff were sometimes unfriendly. Nearest beach (1 km from hotel) was dirty. All inclusive afternoon snack was very basic (only cookies).

Room was severely misrepresented in the photos. The size was accurate, but we were in a room that was on the ground floor looking at the pool, the other side of it was half underground… So we had a narrow window near the ceiling. Room was extremely dark and the air was constantly damp. The bathroom curtain was on some kind of swivel and did not stay in place making it extremely difficult to take a shower and that was while waiting sometimes up to 10-15 minutes for the hot water to start running. On the upside there was a shuttle to the beach, however it only takes you to 1 beach where you have to pay 8 euro per person for sun beds and an umbrella. There were some strange inconsistencies regarding the gym, for a start it is nothing like the picture, but I have come to expect terrible gyms in greek hotels. There was a treadmill, stationary bike, a stepper, a bench with 2x dumbbells about 10kg each and that is pretty much it. While registering I was told that the gym can be used at any time and I just have to get the key from the receptionist, on my second day I was given the key at 05:30 in the morning, 3 days later I was denied(by the same receptionist) because the gym can only be used after 07:00… There were many other small things like the fact that the light bulbs in the room were far too dim, with the ones near the wardrobe barely working, there were no toiletries and the parking was not in the hotel but rather across the road, with no surveillance and clearly not enough parking spots as cars were stacked in as sardines.

The only good thing about our stay was the staff and the food.

Our stay was very dissapointing. It is supposed to be a 4star hotel and you pay the price for a 4star hotel. The look of the hotel from the outside was nice but the rooms and some facilities need to be renovated. The room was very old, it needs some serious renovation (remove the carpets, replace the bathroom door since it was broken and it wouldnt close, the AC to be replaced since it didnt work and it was very hot). In the bathroom there werent any toiletories (body lotion, slippers, conditioner, shower cap etc) only a big bottle of shower gel (which usually are available in aparthotels of 2 stars max) and 2 small soaps. Also the person who came to help us with luggage didnt offer grapping even 1 bag and we had a lot and since there wasnt any lift from the lobby to the rooms we had to walk a distance to get to the lift for the rooms, it was very difficult. The pool was very small for all the rooms of the hotel and we did not feel safe to go to that area since it was very crowded. The parking was at the opposite of the main road and with transfering the luggage was very difficult.
