The location is perfect, right next to the center. The hotel has been renovated and is nicely decorated. Spacious and clean rooms. Tasty, fresh and homemade breakfast buffet served in the beautiful and cozy courtyard. Owners are very nice, willing to help and happy to give recommendations. I recommend this place.

There is nothing we didn't like.

The hotel is very clean and very well decorated. It is a nice and cozy place with perfect location, just 2 minutes from the center, restaurants, taverns, bars and shops. Great and tasty breakfast. The hosts are very kind and willing to help and to make us feel comfortable. Highly recommended this place and for sure we will be back.

The downside of being in the town center is street noise.

The location of the hotel is excellent. It's very close to the center, and it's not very steep. That was very important as the entire town is pretty steep and difficult to drive around. We had a parking space, which was only for the guests of the hotel. The room was spacious enough, the furniture was fairly nice, and we also had a safe. The food was fantastic, homemade and very tasty. The staff was very nice and welcoming. All in all we had a good time at this hotel. It's definitely one of the best in Neos Marmaras, and provides good value for money.

Everything was far beyond our expectations - in the best way possible! First of all, the private parking was a life savour as the hotel is right in the center of Marmaras and can get really crowdy. Secondly, the FOOD -omg- every morning there was a big buffet of breakfast waiting for us with different dishes everyday. And lastly, the hosts were absolutely adorable offering lots of tips and genuinely asking about our day! Greek philoxenia in all its glory! Thank you so much for everything!

Everything was nice and clean, stuff was very polite and always ready to help. I was happy because we had big clean terrace, where we could chill, without any louf noises. We promised we visit them again and they visit our country too.. the parking the hotel is offering was very convenient since the hotel is at the center.

There is no view from the balcony, you see the other buliding of the hotel. The nearby street and the bulidings in front if the hotel is very poorly looking. Sometimes in the day there was a mold smell from the bathroom.

Very nice accomodation, central location. The rooms are very well equipped and they are cleaned every day. You can serve (the very good) breakfast on the terrace, which has a really pleasant atmosphere. Parking places are also available. We spent a great week at Sweet Home, very nice breakfasts, localization in the center of the town, all within walking distance, but which I appreciate the most - the owners of the place who put a lot of heart to make all guests feel like home :) Truly unique place!

The hotel is very well situated at the heart of the vibrant city of Neos Marmaras, it has its own parking place and it is close to Neos Marmaras’ main beaches. The only remark we can make is that the WiFi connection was rather unstable and slow, which is kind of to be expected in Greece’s little seaside towns.

We are very glad that we came across this family-run hotel and decided to stay in it. It is located on a quiet street in the very center of Neos Marmaras. There is a huge variety of shops and restaurants merely a few minutes away on foot and the city beach is well within walking distance, some 20 minutes away. The place offers a private parking right across the building and even though it has limited spots and operates on a first come, first serve basis, in case you block another car, the owner will still help you figure out an option to park. On a side note, the free city parking near the harbour is also not far away. The family, who owns the hotel and their entire staff are very welcoming and striving to provide the best experience for their guests. Our room was spacious, nicely decorated, cleaned on a daily basis and had a fine balcony, overlooking the courtyard and the street. The breakfast was excellent with a good variety of choices for everyone’s taste. We are definitely recommending Hotel Sweet Home for both staying in Neos Marmaras and using it as a starting point to explore the legs of Halkidiki.

10 nights we stayed in the hotel and we would have stayed at least that long. The owners are a close family, very friendly and always smiling. They find solutions to everything and offer local information about places in the area. Everything was perfect: rich and varied breakfast, daily cleaning in the rooms with daily changed sheets and towels, the hotel is in the center with its own parking. I hope to come back as soon as possible, we remain with a smile on our lips.

The rooms were a bit noisy and small, but since we spent all our time travelling around it was not a very big problem.

The location of the hotel is great. They have a parking place in the street which was a big advantage. The rooms were clean. The owners were a super nice family with great hospitality! We were happy with all the recommendations they made for restaurants.

The only thing we wish it would be better was the bathroom/toilet in our room. It needs a renovation, we stayed in the economic room which was the cheapest I guess, I know that the other rooms of the hotel are quite nice. The aircondition and the mini fridge were making too much noise so they need to be changed also.

Very welcoming host and friendly staff. Very clean. Breakfast was amazing, I still dream of those lokumades! Perfect location, it is a 1min walking distance to the heart of the Neos Marmaras and restaurants and there is a parking spot in front of the hotel. The ambiance of the hotel was very cute, white walls, pink bougainvilleas and the stone floors.
