The front street is quite narrow and not easy to stop for luggage drop off.

The location of the accommodation is central and closed to all attractions, the city, the castle and the lake. Free parking compound is located about 10-minute walk from the accommodation. The staff, Dafni, was extremely friendly and helpful. She gave us a very warm welcome on our arrival, and helped us to carry all our luggage to our room. She also provided us with direction to the carpark as well as comprehensive information on attractions, good restaurants and cafes nearby. We booked a double room but were provided with an option to upgrade to a triple room which was of excellent size, clean, tidy, modern, quiet and well-facilitated. The bed was very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was lovely, including crepes, omelette and fried eggs, hams, cheese, sausages, cookies, cakes, bakery, juices etc. We are very satisfied with this accommodation.

Central location. Walking distance for anything you want. The rooms were very clean and fashionable. Comfy and minimal. Great hospitality and friendly environment. It was definitely a value for money and I would suggest it to anyone!😀😀😀

Maybe the Shower area should be little bit better organised (I undestand that it was for Disabled person but still) - water was everywhere after shower in bathroom :D and maybe more fruits / vegetables at breakfast would be nice too. Otherwise amazing!

I loved everything! The hotel is small and cozy, modern, clean, very friendly staff and the Owner Dimos is grat guy :-) The location is great, near centre, but in a calm part od City, the Breakfast was good, room was tidy and comfy. Loved it and would recocomend everyone to visit. :)! Also the wifi was great as i was doing partly home office remotely, so I recommend it for working people on travels too.

In front of the building there were some road works happening at the time of our stay - however, we were not affected by any noise, as the insulation of the building is excellent. Only guests with physical disabilities or trouble walking over uneven surfaces should ask if the construction has been completed before booking. Also, the breakfast space was a little bit limited during our stay, however this should be better during the summer months when the inner yard is also open for breakfast.

The rooms are new and in excellent condition. Great equipment, beautiful and modern design and yet connected to the regional architectural tradition. Deimos was also exceedingly friendly and helpful, just as everyone else from the staff.

Nice cozy little room, clean and modern for a night in Ionina. Dino welcomed us and sent us recommendations for restaurants and bars in the city. His mother took care of the breakfast in the morning.

Dimos was very friendly and really cared to make the guests comfortable and shared recommendations. The room was very clean comfortable, also very modern and it was interesting to hear how the family wanted to make something a bit different to the standard hotels in Ioannina. There was a lovely garden with an orange tree.

We recieved a room built for handicapped individuals so the water from the shower got everywhere, but not all rooms are like that and the host was kind and provided us with extra towels.

The modern look, comfy bed, and central location were just for us. The place is well kept and was designed with taste, breakfast was great. The best part was our host, who was very helpful and welcoming. Thank you!
