Small hotel, brand new, clean and very comfortable in the heart of Afitos. We very much enjoyed our short stay here. The location is perfect to easily reach the beach or the centre. The food was absolutely delicious, both the breakfast and the one from menu, even better than we found at tavernas. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Alexandra and Makis who go above and beyond to help you with anything you might need. They are very kind, warm and really make you feel like home. We would love to visit IADES again!

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous. Run by an adorable young couple Alexandra and Ahmed . They are doing such an amazing job. The hotel on every aspect is perfect . Comfort, cleanliness, location, food and the totally lovely warm welcome that continued for the entire duration of our stay. We are a couple in our mid 50’s so we have been to many hotels all over the world , we adore Greece and this hotel in Afytos just reached a different level in every way ….kindness and commitment stood out every day. I would recommend the hotel in a heart beat ….it’s perfect .

IADES is a great place to stay. We had a really great big room, clean and the breakfast was really good. It is a perfect place to stay with a small kid.

Nothing to fault

This place is amazing. We stayed in a quadrupole room which had an beautiful king size bed with all the facilities and amenities you could need. The whole place is spotless with a lovely pool area to chill during the day. The breakfast included is great with a wide variety of locally sourced products that we both loved. But what made our stay were the owners and how lovely and accommodating they have been. They really go the extra mile to make sure you have the best stay and we couldn’t recommend staying here enough. Great location, great staff, great rooms. Thank you so much :))

Loved the place, it feels and looks even more cozy and beautiful in person. It’s close to the city centre, the interior is modern, the breakfast was amazing and the hosts are the sweetest young couple. So thankful for everything. :)

Water in the swimming pool was cold.

The staff!!! They were great! A girl at the reception and a boy who cleaned the rooms and took care of the breakfast! they were very nice and very kind and made our stay great! The rooms were very clean and beautifully decorated! I recommend this hotel! Choose it and you won't regret it!

I don't have any complains

Iades suites is a very nice and comfy place to stay in Afytos. The building is new, clean with quality furniture. The room have a nice bathroom, AC, thick curtains, large windows, and pool in front of the terrace. Pleasant breakfast service, and also you can order meals by 6 PM and i have to say that their food was better than any tavern we visited. Congrats to the lady from the kitchen! And most of all, the hosts Mike and Alexandra, the owners of the place, are great. Very warm and nice persons, very kind and ready to fulfill clients wishes for making a better stay for everyone. It was a pleasure to meet them, to talk to them.

There is limited parking near the property, but you can find a spot on the street close by even in full season.

The room was cleaned daily, and the towels were also replaced daily if left on the floor. The room was big with enough space for luggage and plenty of light. Every room has a mini fridge and a nice terrace facing the pool. The owners were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was the same every day but had plenty of food to choose from. They also provided an anti-mosquito device for the room. We didn't go with kids but there were a lot of families there. The property and owners are very family friendly. They had chairs for little kids and a nice terrace with huge umbrellas to eat outside if desired.
