The entertainment could have been better for the money. Would have also liked more Greek music, dancing and traditions. Was very English team and entertainment.

Only the fact we had to leave!

This is true 5*. We holidayed as a family of four with our girls - aged 4 and 6. everything is included - the meals, the drinks, the room service, the mini bar, the kids’ club, the entertainment, the ice cream, even hiring the mini car to drive into Kos. The staff are fantastic - I hope Ikos treasure them because they truly are this resort’s biggest asset. Nothing is too much trouble. The mini bar is replenished each day. The rooms are kept beautifully clean and tidy with fresh towels daily. The nightly entertainment is West-End quality. The spa is first rate. The drinks are all branded names. Honestly, I cannot fault this resort. Treat yourself. Tips: book your spa treatments, restaurants and kids slots in advance as they do book up.

The room was called a Junior suite which gave me an impression of 2 rooms but it was just a normal size hotel room in a 5 star hotel, The wardrobe was situated right next to the bed which seemed daft as there was little space.

The hotel interiors are spacious and elegantly designed. The communal spaces are sophisticated and relaxed. The restaurant spaces are all situated with beautiful views.

We loved absolutely everything! Cocktails are first class , kids splash pool is great ! Kids club operating by sessions (3 h a day ) which is still good . There was life entertainment everyday . Service is outstanding 👌🏻hotel has 3 different pools so it’s never to busy plus adults only pool !

I honestly admit that time spent at Ikos Aria was the best vacation we had for a very very long time. The quality of service was superb, staff members are very professional and welcoming. We were nicely surprised by the upgraded room (the view was amazing!) and all those surprises and little details prepared by the team for my wife's birthday. Dinner on the beach was a unique experience! Great thanks to Margaret who is definitely able to arrange everything you may imagine and beyond (sky may not be the limit here :)), and all that with vivid energy and smile that is really contagious! We definitely recommend the wine tastings at Provence restaurant. We spent a very valuable time with Athena, who is a great person and has a vast knowledge about wines, thought us a lot of new things and recommended a cool vineyard to visit in Kos. And on top of that Asterios added a nice, personal touch to our stay - having conversations in our native language was quite fun :) Remember to book dinners in advance, so that you don't miss any of the foodie experience.

The staff has clearly been trained to be extremely polite with the guests but it ends up being too much and also feeling fake. If you are on holidays, the last thing you want to do is say “kalimera” 400 times per day, back to every single member of the staff that may walk by you and greet you. I think it would feel much more high end if the staff was more discreet and not have everyone talk to you all the time. The overall vibe is too set up, it didn’t feel very relaxing. The food at the restaurants except for the buffet, was poor both in appearance and in taste.

If one is looking to eat and drink in large quantities and not having to worry about extra charges, this hotel makes sense. The beach was nice. The theatre was extremely good. We watched two shows for children and I was truly impressed with the quality. Congratulations to the entertainment team. Everyone was extremely polite.
