The booking of this beautiful apartment was so easy & the host Kostas was so helpful answering my questions before we went to Kos & was always quick to reply to my messages. His lovely wife Karina met us when we arrived & took us into the apartment. Wow, she works so hard keeping the apartment clean & tidy everyday. We stupidly closed the door one evening while sat on the front terrace, leaving the key inside. I rang Kostas & Karina was there within 10 mins to open the door for us. The apartment is close to a supermarket, bakery & the beach. It’s only a 5-10min walk to the main square, with plenty of bars & restaurants on the way. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a big fridge/small freezer compartment. The air con units in the bedroom & living room were very good. We loved it so much, halfway through our holiday we booked for next year! It was our 3rd visit to Kardamena, but our 1st self catering & it’s definitely the best way to enjoy all the village has to offer. Thank you again Kostas & Karina for helping make our holiday so special ❤️

The flat is really large with a separate living room, an eat-in kitchen, bedroom, and a huge balcony. The hosts seemed really nice.

Beautiful apartment with.massive balcony, sea and mountain views and within easy reach of beach , Shops, bars. Lovely welcome from hosts Kreta and kostas. Apartment cleaned everyday, fresh towels frequently and bed sheets changed regularly.

Nothing --- All was good

Kostas and his wife were excellent hosts. They were always there for us when needed. The appartment was impecable clean and had everything you could possibly want. { just like home from home} Huge balcony with plenty of furniture and a great view. I can't recommend this appartment enough. Location, close to all amenities, Town, Supermarkets, Bars, Restaurants. I would like to add that it was the 1st week of the season, so not a lot was open I wouldn't hesitate to go back to to ILIANA.APARTMENTS.

Kostas and his wife are amazing. Our flight was delayed and we booked this last minute for a day stay. Kostas responded very quickly and we had no trouble finding the appartement. Very big and light apparment.

I cant say I disliked 1 thing everything was fabulous ...the place is very well kept clean modern there was nothing I can even suggest to make it better the host thought of everything .the only thing that wasn't a 10 out if ten for me was the matress but I also have very very hard times to find a comfortable matress but this is because if my muscle disease not the quality of mattress

The place has everything you need very clean very modern and lovely balconies and the host is an absolute treasure ...I enjoyed my night sadly I only stayed one night as I was just passing through but if I'm ever in kos again for sure I will re rent this place

Best place to be in Kardamena. Wonderful host, helpful and kind. Big appartement, always clean, with everything you need, from wifi, android TV, big bed, awesome terrace with mountains and sea view, and a fully equipped kitchen. We were like home. Thanks a lot.

-the address didn’t work in Google maps for me. if you type in “sun Mediterranean” (restaurant) you’ll find it

-absolutely massive, SO much space & fullly equipped with anything you need -balcony is HUGE and amazing, literally bigger than my entire apartment back home. just the balcony. you can see the ocean and the mountain from it -good communication -helpful hosts -easy check in -steps away from beach, shops, restaurants -ac in living room & bedroom worked well -8 min walk from bus stop -great wifi -if I were a digital nomad I would spend a lot of time here. the balcony is perfect for working

Host were so friendly and were always ready to help. It was really clean and the balcony was amazing. You can see the sea from the balcony. It’s nicer than in the pictures!!!! Definitely worth the money!!

The bedlinen/pillow smelled unclean on both beds. I didn’t mention it as we only stayed one night. There was a butt in the ashtray etc,etc. For non smokers, it wasn’t great. When we arrived, no one answered the door. When I came into the building, having gone to find my lost phone, the lady told us to be quiet through a half open door. So rude. Later, when we went out for a walk, we passed her and said Kalispera and I don’t think she responded, she certainly didn’t smile. Unfriendly at best.

The outside space is brilliant and the location is very close to the harbour and square. Kostas seems very nice and was very helpful.
