We were in our Honeymoon and hotel has upgraded our room from normal room to Erato. We enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was amazing (they have vegan options too) and view from room was spelndid. Thanks once again.

The location is perfect, the view from the pool area is breathtaking and the sun beds are huge and comfortable. All the staff we met were very friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. They provided us with excellent recommendations and were always available to deal with any requests. Breakfast facilities were a little basic when it came to cooked items in comparison to other hotels I’ve stayed at but there was options for all dietary needs. I will stay again if I return to Mykonos as the location is perfect.

The shower was impractical. You couldn’t keep the shower head locked into a desired place. It just sprays wherever and the glass wall is really short and not sealed all the way so water just leaks out into the bathroom every time like a lot to the point where it’s puddles behind the toilet and won’t even drain.

Not applicable for me. I faced a miss coordination issue with my tour agent and hotel desk and missed a part of my trip, but that was manageable , and compared to other factors was minor.

Teresa company was the highlight of our daily breakfasts! Very friendly with everyone and keen eyes to make each guest’s experience good. Moses from reception desk was also very prompt to respond to all requests.

Suggest buying bottled water in town as the hotel only provide complimentary bottles of still water on the first day of your stay.

Our balcony had a great view, overlooking the hotel pool along with the windmills, little Venice and the beautiful Mediterranean sea in the distance. A convenient location, walkable distance of around 10 mins to the city centre where all the restaurants and main attractions are yet still peaceful and quiet. Room was clean and well furnished. Breakfast was of decent quality with a nice selection of food.

Nothing really. But it seems like there is no more complimentary airport transfers but this is not a big issue.

The room had amazing sea views overlooking the windmills. The balcony is the perfect spot for sunsets. The room decor was nice, and there is Netflix and a safe deposit box. The hotel is walkable to Mykonos town and restaurants, supermarket, ATMs are all within easy reach. Breakfast spread was great. The food tasted great, and the staff were friendly.

The location of the hotel was great (~5 minute walk from the town). The staff were brilliant and collected me from the airport. Loved the cushions in the pool to lounge on. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The music by the pool wasn't to my taste and some traffic fumes from the road and town but chose location as easy walk to town so can't avoid that really

Great hotel and staff, definitely recommend The manager gave me a lift to the local medical centre for some urgent treatment and their help and support was superb Georgia on reception was so kind and always had a smile and chat Breakfasts fantastic too and lovely bar by the swimming pool Room with balcony and amazing view
