We got more than we expected for the price. Stuff was very kind and friendly and always ready to help. We were traveling through the night so arrived a bit early and they allowed us to check in a bit earlier. If we ever stay in Malia again, it will deffinitelly be Ilios Malia Hotel Resort.

OMG staff was so nice and helpful, thank you Maria and Anna ❤️. The location is great, close to all grocery stores, entertainment venues, the beach and restaurants. The hotel is by the main street, but you hardly hear any noise from entertainment venues unless you go out on the balcony and listen for it. the pool and area awesome...will book again for next trip.

There is no lift so ideally if you have heavy luggage you take a bottom floor as we had to carry heavy luggage about 3 floors up. Parking is available on site but very limited to about 3 cars but we were always very lucky and managed to have a space available. There wasn't an ac in every room so we left the door open to be able to reach 2 rooms so it was hard to cool the rooms.

The place is situated in an excellent location right in the heart of things. Would recommend to my friends. Price was really good and we stayed there for 3 days. It's a bit old when it comes to design wise but still perfect for a family vacation. Everywhere was clean and it was very spacious.

You need to know, before booking, it is located on the Malia Strip. It could / can get noisy.

The Rooms are spacious, a little Kitchenette with everything you need to cook a meal,we had 2 balconies, the Bathroom has a Bathtub. The Room was clean as we arrived, and the cleaning service came every morning. Pool is nice.

I couldn’t get my air conditioning to work but since I only stayed one night I wasn’t bothered. If I had stayed longer, I probably would’ve talked to the hotel about it.

The room was really spacious and clean. The staff was lovely. Definitely would recommend the place especially at this price.

Everything was excellent, the rooms, the pool, the bar, the food and drinks, and suitable for families as well, and the best of all is the hotel team, they are very understanding and very nice, and you can talk to them about everything you want, and cleanliness is very important to us, and we got it from without any complaint. In fact everything was just perfect and we will be back next year for sure.And we will not forget the ideal location of the hotel because in fact you will not get a hotel with all those privileges for this price. Thanks to everyone there it was an unforgettable vacation. I love you all.

AC unit was totally insufficient and it was very hot. Reported this right away to owner and she said she would call a technician but the rest of the stay, no technician ever showed up. She did give us a fan which helped a little but the really poor AC ruined the sleeping for some people. Wifi was horrible in the room. It was good in public areas but once you are in the unit, it was horrible.

Great location. Pool area was nice. Plenty of chairs to lay on. Kitchen in unit was nice and fully stocked with plates and silverware.

The only thing we didn't like is the beds we're 2 singles pushed together and one was higher than the other other than that they were comfortable

The owners were so friendly and helpful recommended places we should go to always asked us if we needed anything when we go there she said our room was just getting cleaned as the cleaner was on her own which was fair enough men and my wife thought we would buy a drink at the bar and the lady in charge was like that's on us enjoy. Then within 15 minutes our room was ready lovely an clean don't believe all the comments about things being stolen there are large groups of young people that go and i think this is were stuff goes missing between them, the owners are very nice and trusting people go absolutely out of there way to ask if you need anything we even left our balcony open at night and went out with our belongings in the room and nothing went missing we used the pool on the last day was very clean and enjoyable. Our room had complimentary air conditioning which worked very well. Would definitely stay there again

Maria and fotini were really helpful. The first day we lost our bags the first day and they helped us get it back. Lovely pool, air conditioning perfect and rooms are comfortable. Lovely hosts, really enjoyed our stay. Ideal location!

The fact that the air con was not working upon arrival and had to ask for the remote rather than it being in the room, when we thought we had lost the key we were charged 50 euros for a new one, upon finding the original we were unable to get the 50 euros back as the old woman at the reception said Tax and was incredibly rude.
