I have no complaints. It was as advertised so net my expectations.

Great people, happy to help with anything You need, daily cleaning with 2 Times changing towels and bed sheets during our 7 nights stay. Great terrace in front of the apartment...The place is well located close to anything You need like markets, bakery, restaurants or shops.

We (two couples) stayed at the Deluxe Studios (upstairs) which are VERY spacious, with a fantastic balcony view. The rooms were impeccably clean, safe, and secure. The kitchen is well-equipped with the basic necessities for preparing meals - it has a good selection of utensils and cookware. There is no oven or microwave, but the portable electric hot plate / cooktop was great to whip up a home-cooked meal during our stay. The parking space is convenient, and the location structs a perfect balance, far enough from the main street noise yet so close to all the restaurants, shops and the beach. There is a great bakery next to the property, and fresh fruit shops & a mini market right across the street. Konstantinos was an amazing host! We arrived quite late in the evening and he was happy to meet us and welcome us to the property (even though we ended up running late, sorry!). He was very responsive as well – one night we had a power outage in a few of the rooms – he was at the premises and fixed the issue within 10 mins of reporting it. We loved every single aspect of staying there and we can’t wait to do it again!

We counted 7 parking slots (out of 11 rooms), still there is a public parking just in front of the hotel, so if you are lucky enough, you'll be able to park there.

Everything was more than amazing - great staff, room that was perfectly cleaned every day, available private parking, all that you might want to see was on walking distance, and the view from our terrace was just mesmerising. Will definitely come again.

As there are 4-bed apartments at the ground floor, majority were occupied by families with really small kids. And as the walls are very thin, these kids will wake you up even during the night. So if you want to have a quieter experience, I advise to choose a first floor studio instead. It could be less filled with crying babies.

re you can sit and enjoy your breakfast or coffee. The bed and pillows were comfy however, it is not a full double person bed (180cm) but only a 160cm which could be a obstacle for some. The staff was very kind and helpfull with everything.

Air conditioner could be more powerful.

Great location, nice staff, well designed rooms. We liked the view from the balcony so much. Our apartment was cleaned every day and we got clean towels every second day.

very clean apartments, they came every day. position is good just out of the confusion of the main road. Space outside the flat was very pleasant to use to eat and relax in the evening. we recommend it!

You can feel the humidity at first entry inside, needs better and more often air flow when no occupied.

Location is the best… you have everything in 10 meters distance… tobacco shop, bakery, markets, tavern, parking, bus station… The design of the apartments is excellent, stylish, fully equipped and comfortable. Extra clean with daily schedule. Constantine is the best host there can be, extra polite guy.

This is a touristic place and all beaches around are overcrowded. I booked at the very last moment and they did not have free studios on the first floor only on the ground floor which is a bit inconvenient because the outside tables are quite near to the studios next to us.

Hosts very helpful. WiFi very good. Air-condition and kitchenware excellent. The famous Sani beach is only 30 km away. Every room has an air-condition which is rare for studios.

Instructions before arrival weren't clear enough. It is really easy to find accommodation since it is located at the entry point of Polychrono. We had a problem with navigation, and one explanation such as " just turn left at the first traffic light and find us on the right side" would be helpful.

The room was spacious, perfectly celaned. Hosts were kind. We got towels replaced every day. They even gave us baby cot (we didn't demand) since we came with a 2 years old child.

The airconditioner could have been more powerful so that the room was cool enough. Polychrono Beach in not really a nice one so we had to travel every day to the nearby beaches.

Great location. There is a bakery just around the corner. All the restaurants are nearby but te area is very quiet at night.

- Room not clean on arrival - Towels and sheets smelly (sweat / vomit). - Towels taken home picked up foul smelling smell after 2-3 days. - Poor daily cleaning (disgust factor high) - Very poor wifi connection in the room - Overpriced for this service level and what you get - Minimal kitchen equipment (e.g. kitchen towels missing) - Ventilation in WC very noisy - Very bright walls - Street noise audible until 3.00 a.m.

Booking rating of 9.3 not at all comprehensible. Currently no recommendation despite high potential. + Location (centre, beach, shopping, bars, restaurant). + Parking spaces available + Friendly host. Thanks for that!

The location is great. Close to two big supermarkets, a great bakery, private parking, a minute walk from the beach, and right next to the center of the vilage. The apartment was spacious, fully equipped with everything you could need and quite comfortable. The owners were very pleasant and nice.
