Good afternoon, we holidayed as a family of two adults and three children in this house in August 2023. The owners, wonderful people, ready to help everyone, at any time. On the ground floor delicious and budget cooking, in the tavern with a beautiful view. We and our children always had something to choose. The food is varied, not expensive, wonderful breakfasts and delicious morning coffee created the mood for the whole day. Thank you for the tour, advice on the island, good attitude. The house is clean, bed linen is changed, cleaned. On the territory of the house there is a playground with swings and trampoline, children's playhouse, all this under a canopy and even at lunchtime our children could safely play. Great location, a variety of beaches and beautiful surroundings. The location of the house is convenient for exploring the island. The island is beautiful, the water is wonderful, be sure to take the car to see everything. Thank you for the heartwarming conversations and awe-inspiring treatment of our family.❤️

we stayed there with children it was perfect place with some activities for them.Villa was clean with great view on sea and mountains.Very friendly family runs the restaurant on first floor with great food.So everything was perfect without any minuses.

Without a doubt, this is the best place we stayed during our vacation in Zakynthos, Greece. On arrival we were warmly welcomed by the family. The house is clean and organized. Nothing to complain about. We really enjoyed the location! Every day a perfect landscape that we all wake up to (the balcony to die for)! You both have a mountain and a sea view from the balcony. The scenery was pristine and we had no neighbors so it was calm and peaceful. In addition to the location, there are many nearby beaches to choose from. There is also a restaurant that the family runs located on the ground floor of the house. I have to say they really served the best traditional dishes. They served ingredients mostly from their farm. So if you are organic product conscious this is the place for you. We particularly appreciate the fact that they are very flexible at breakfast time and sensitive to some of our small requests. Here are some of the dishes we recommend: the Zakynthian rabbit dish, wild boar (Stifado), Moussaka, seasonal duck dish, grilled Dorada fish and the lamb in the oven. As for the dessert we recommend to try Frigania and their homemade marmalade. The family has a farm near the house and my 5-year-old son was able to experience a little bit of farm life. Eleni takes him with her to feed the goats in the morning and collect chicken eggs. For us this was a great experience that he wouldn't get anywhere else. In the second week, the family let us see the nearby village called Maries and they gave us a tour of their other farm. We participated in the grape harvest and we enjoyed it very much. Yet another unforgettable experience. Finally, we have to commend the great customer service that Eleni, Dionysia and Stefanos provided us. They have the natural ability to understand and feel what the customers are experiencing, and are able to meet our needs effectively. This house was perfect for our 3-week vacation. We will definitely come back!

Everything was fine

Very nice appartment, full-equipped and very comfortable. Very good breakfast with fresh products offered by the host. The host is amazing. They even brought us to a small beach nearby.

Everything was perfect! The house has a beautiful view and is very close to the beach of Xigia and Little Xigia. The hosts are super friendly and treat us like family. The first floor is a restaurant with delicious food. There's nothing we didn't like. We definitely will stay here again!

Breakfast only starts at 9 AM. The house is clean but no cleaning at all during three days. Old fashioned interior but that was visible on the pictures already. Insect screens everywhere, which is good. Poor WC/shower room: tiny and no shower curtain. You will burn your skin on the water tap, which gets super hot on one end. From breakfast till 10 PM you hear the restaurant music (radio station, no music CD) too loud when you’re on the main balcony. This is irritating; only inside you escape the music and ads. WiFi is functioning very badly. We also had dinner in the restaurant twice, which left us stunned and insulted. We had starters and main courses, so eight dishes in total. Moussaka was very strongly recommended. The main dishes were served while we were still eating the starters. Of eight dishes three were cold or almost cold (including the moussaka). One other dish was not the one ordered. On complaining the waiter said “my mother has warmed the food” and he informed his mother. Silence. After half an hour we left table and went to the kitchen for a conversation, but the mother did not have time for us. Neither did she come back on the complaints next morning. So not only the food quality is below standard (cold prepared or old food rewarmed a bit) but also you don’t ignore a complaining customer like that. Utterly disrespectful. The location gets a 10 but the rest spoils it.

Beautiful location with sea view (eastwards) on three balconies/porches if you wish! Private house over a restaurant. Three rooms and spacious. Complete kitchen outfit. We had breakfast in the restaurant and you can order whatever you want. Very good.
