There was no space for airing out our swimwear in our room, which was quite disturbing. I mean it's summer and we are in Crete, it's obvious that somewhere we must leave our swimwear and towels to be sun-dried. Also, the shower was over floating sometimes due to the lack of proper sealing on the shower door. Although the room seemed to be given a great effort, it needs some improvements in order to be great.

The room is located in the center of Rethymno Old town and it was really convenient with many restaurants/coffee shops/ bars around. The staff was polite and really helpful. Last but not least, I believe it's a value for money room

Helpful and kind staff, there are a lot of amenities in the room which were a good surprise. Extremely clean room. Overall a hotel I'll most likely return to when I'm in Rethymno!

one male staff I found a bit rude - check in was at 3pm and my friend and I arrived at 2.30pm and I was feeling very upset and stressed at the time due to personal reasons and I really needed some privacy/space and asked if I could check in a bit earlier and he immediately says no you can’t you can wait until 3. He doesn’t offer or says anything and so we both say there and we had to remind him at 3 if we can go to our room now and he just had an attitude and just made the situation worse. If it wasn’t for the rude service I would’ve rated this a 10, otherwise everything else was great!

loved this property! it was super cute, clean, nice balcony and bathroom and great value for money. I’d 100% percent come back and stay here.

Booking location not accurate. There are 3 different location and the one on booking is not open. Main reception on water front check message. Lucky for me found cleaning person who sent me the right spot for reception.

The breakfast was really bad, no buffet due to „covid restrictions“, so delivered to the room in a lot of plastic. We expect differently and the main reason we booked a hotel instead of airbnb was to have breakfast services. So this was a major disappointment!

Great service through Giorgios, especially the upgrade to a larger room with two sleeping units in the INK main hotel was appreciated. Nice also to have a small terrace in the interior courtyard!

the room I chose a suite on the top floor you go up two stairs and you arrive very clean has a large balcony with two lounge chairs where you sit and enjoy the sun of Crete It has a large awning for shade the view is of the old town the room inside has everything you need very clean and very nice atmosphere Breakfast is served at another point on the coastal road with a very nice view of the Venetian port, the lighthouse and the sea It is a rich breakfast the staff very friendly I will visit it again I found that it has many room options

The hotel room was very clean with a powerful shower. Great bed and left a small wine bottle as a token of thanks. It would be good to have signs directing to reception in the foyer as I had to help many confused people once I worked out where the reception was!

our stay at the hotel was very quiet and pleasant I was welcomed at the reception which is located in another building and from there we went to the room, which is comfortable new and modern, the location is very good of the hotel, next to the Venetian port, next to restaurants, cafes, the old town of Rethymnon We had breakfast in the area of the other building overlooking the sea the breakfast had everything necessary but in good quality. What I expected from a city hotel

The communication was really good and easy. The room was very clean and everything for a great stay was available. The Hotel is directly in the old part of Rethymno. During Corona the breakfast comes to the room in the morning, that was really comfortable. Thank you again :)

They only gave us the key for the room and not the key for the entrance door, so when we got back to our room to sleep we were locked outside and they never answered the phone number they gave us for communication. We had to figure out the code from another key box to get the key from another room that had the key for the entrance door. If we couldn’t figure out the code we would have slept outside and they didn’t even answer my messages or my phone calls in the morning.

The location was very good, the room was very clean and comfortable and the price was also good.

Well first we were moved to stay in a room in the House of Europe, due to miscommunication between the staff. The new room was nice but very noisy at night because of all the tavernas right outside of our window. That was the main problem. The manager on the other hand was kind enough to offer us free accomodation whenever we want after we complained about the noise issue.

The location is very close to everything in the old town (except the noise issue), the room was very clean and the staff very kind.
