the hotel is located in a lovely small town. There is a supermarket, hairdresser and cafe nearby. In the morning you are served breakfast. We liked everything . The room itself is incredibly stylish and comfortable. cleaning every day!

The code for the front door was changed during the day and we did not get any message regarding it. But the problem was solved immediately by calling them, so not really a big issue.

The appartement is spacious and well designed, especially the lightening is well thought out. There are several good and authentic restaurants and stores in walking distance. Good hotel for the first/last nights if you arrive at Heraklion, since it is only about 20 min to the airport.

Sometimes there can be a bit of noise from the streets.

A surprisingly beautiful hidden location in colourful Archanes. Surrounded in the green you're warmly greeted by a serene but carefully thought out 'home away from home' where, after a day of hiking or sightseeing, you can relax in a little secluded jacuzzi to expell the strain of the day. A comfortable bed to fall asleep and wake up in followed by a delicious breakfast to kickstart your day full of activities. Should you come short of something, the host will attend to your every need with a big and warm smile.

While calling reception or they number of hotel, Phone was not picked up. We are lucky to have internet. But people with no internet would face difficulty if instructions are not shared earlier. In such cases, answering the call would be great.

Limited outside space, our room didn't have any dedicated outside seating. We ate breakfast in a small covered lounge area. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, it felt a bit pre-packaged compared to others we have had in Crete. We were greeted by (we presume) the owner but otherwise most of the time there was no staff there, the lady who cleaned the rooms also prepared breakfast so after the initial greeting it felt a little impersonal.

Very stylish and modern room but also very quiet, although the six rooms were in a building in the centre of a small town. We were on the ground floor in Dorippi room. Excellent value. Archanes is a nice town with a lovely main square and some good tavernas. Hotel had a small parking area but we parked in the street outside.

For a 4 night stay, the property provided only two small bottles of water, advising that we could purchase more at the local market. When in a region that doesn't have safe potable water bottled water should be provided as needed. Of six properties we've stayed in this month, Intropes was thr only one that did not provide adequate water.

Our room was on the ground floor. On the upper floor would be better I think. The hot tub was not very clean. But who cares ? It’s a bijou hotel with a hot tub.

Small hotel just 4 or 5 rooms. But very nice and friendly. Lots of free items in the room. Nice breakfast. Alternative feeling. Great place. In the centre of town. Behind the wall (good security) there’s a peaceful oasis. Would have liked to have stayed longer. Good base for Knossos. Place to go.

Due to an emergency we arrived around 8.00pm. Nobody was there anymore. We had to leave early to the airport, so we didn‘t see anybody during our stay. But we got very kind written informations! Parking a bit complicated. With a broken leg the location (walking from car, steps…) and that nobody was there, was not ideal for us this time. But this is not the fault of this - very beautiful - hotel.
