The apartment was very clean with every conceivable appliance. Free parking on sight, elevator and close to everything. Could not fault this place. Property is exactly as described and I would say even better.

We stay 1 night the owners very friendly and kind they offered some home made marmalade and crispbread the rooms very clean and tide, modern in high standards ,the only thing annoying us was some drilling work for small period of time like an our work nothing important all the rest was perfect, I highly recommended we definitely will go again

Fabulous apartment, conveniently located close to restaurants and supermarkets. The neighborhood looks upscale and quite safe. The apartment is modern, tastefully decorated and has all the amenities needed for a family. The beds were super comfortable and cozy. The kitchenette had everything like a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave and utensils to make anything from breakfast to dinner. Bathroom is clean. The apartment has an amazing wrap around balcony. The living room is cozy and Netflix kept us entertained. The apartment has a parking right underneath which is very convenient and safe for the rental car. The hostess and her husband are super friendly and made us feel as we were their friends and relatives. She made fresh marmalade for us which was so tasty. They communicated with us to ensure we had a smooth check in and stay. Great hospitality.

The host couple were very friendly and generous. They waited for us at the door of the building and helped us unload our luggage. The property is in a quiet residential area, and just a few steps away from a grocery store. The property is very clean and big enough for four adults. The kitchen equips everything you need to cook a meal. The location is also convenient for city's attractions - driving to the old town for just about five minutes.

Wow. Host and apartment just great. Everything top modern, super clean. Top equipped. Great rooms. Nice balcony. And in addition hosts very, very nice. Location near supermarkets and downtown within walking distance. It does not get better than this! Thank you very much!

The apartment exceeded our expectations!! The pictures reflect the reality, but the warmth and beauty of the apartment far exceeds the few pictures attached to the property. Words cannot express how good we felt staying 5 nights at Ioana's Luxury Two Bedroom Apt. Extremely large and spacious terrace. It was so refreshing that we didn't want to go out anymore!!! Take into account the recommendations regarding places to eat!!! the best in terms of price and quality of food!! Ask where you can eat sea food!! The best location!! Everything in the apartment sparkles with cleanliness!!!! Without words!! Score 100!!!!! Ioana and her husband are the kind of people you would want as friends or family!!! Wonderful!!! Ioanna and her husband were so welcoming. The apartment is very clean and everything was thought of - cold water in the fridge, a homemade pot of delicious jam and crackers. The apartment includes a washing machine and drying rack, a huge balcony which was a very pleasant to have a drink and breakfast on, tvs and aircon in all rooms. It has undercover parking and is a short drive into the Old Town. There’s a supermarket a short walk away.

The property was super clean and spacious. We enjoyed the terrace for breakfast. The super market was right around the corner which made getting snacks so easy. Our hosts were extremely welcoming and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would go back again!!

It was beautiful; tastefully furnished, expansive balconies, well equipped with kitchen, bathroom, etc items. The host even provided us with homemade jam, coffee, butter, and toast. There were even air conditioners in every room. We liked it so much that we’ve booked for two more nights in September.

Everything was great

Ioanna and her family were exceptional hosts and very nice people. The whole process of checking in/out was very smooth and they were available for all questions or concerns. The actual property exceeded expectations. The rooms were very spacious and incredibly clean. The two bedrooms are more than enough to accommodate 4 people and there is also a very spacious couch in the living room to accommodate 1 extra person. The kitchen also comes with brand new appliances. There are also two spacious balconies, one for each room that you can have breakfast/dinner. Ioanna also brought us cake for breakfast which was also a very nice gesture. Location is close to everything downtown Nafplio. Overall highly recommended and we plan to stay there again.

The ONLY drawback was that it was a little distance, about 25 min walk, from Old Town-you can park in Old Town though if you don't want to walk.

Thank you to extremely hospitable Dimitri, Panayiotis, and Ioanna! Dimitri and Panayiotis met us at the door and showed us the room and where everything was. Ioanna left us homemade jam and crackers! Thank you also for the ice, water, and coffee. The apartment has a darling deck with a table and lots of room. Extremely safe and quiet neighborhood. Modern apartment with lots of room and drawer space for five. Very spacious and convenient parking space with the unit. Excellent value. Hosts living upstairs and very responsive to texts. This was our favorite place on our whole trip. We would stay again!

The hosts were very warm and welcoming. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable and there was a tv in each bedroom. Bathroom had a lovely huge shower and washing machine. There are some close shops nearby including a supermarket. They even gave us a jar of homemade jam to take with us on our journey.

Lovely modern apparent with all the amenities provided for. Off street parking and close to amenities. Good location a short walk into the main historic town although and an even shorter drive.
