We had a very pleasant one night stay in this spectacular huge apartment. Ioanna is an excellent host even though she said she had just started hospitality business, she’s better than most! The apartment has a vibe of a very nice hostel where you can have a warm chat with the host or other people staying in another room, yet there is plenty of private space. Perfect place for single/couple travelers!

A lovely, comfortable and clean apartment with an amazing hostess and very cute dog! As a solo female traveller, I could not have felt safer. Having a view over the sea and being not too far from Athens centre by public transport, it was like getting the best of both worlds. But more importantly, it was like finding a home in Athens! I'm very happy I chose to stay here.

Ioanna went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, driving us to get the best Gyros in town. We have booked to stay for another night whilst on our trip, our experience was that great. There was nothing not to like. Perfect in every way!!

Ioanna was the perfect host from the minute we arrived. The room was large and spacious. The beds very extremely comfortable and super clean. The airconditioning was very good and powerful which was very much needed with such hot days in Athens. Our room had the adjoining bathroom which was very large and clean and complete with every amenity you could need and enough space for all your toiletries and makeup. The balcony also had an amazing view with chairs and tables to have a coffee or breakfast. In the kitchen Ioanna had a selection of breakfasts, croissants, juices, water bottles etc etc which guests can help themselves to at anytime. Ioanna even washed my clothes for me!! I can’t thank you enough Ioanna. This was my 10th time in Athens and I have never experienced the hospitality and comfort that I experienced whilst staying with you. I will be telling all of my friends and family that they need to stay with you when they come to Athens.

We loved everything

If we could give Ioannas place a million stars we would!!! This place feels like home. By the end of our stay, we now call Ioanna our Greek mom <3 she is the best host we have EVER had and welcomed us into her home like family. She made meals for us, and even homemade baileys . Her cooking was amazing, but her company was the best part. She even drove us around to different spots around Athens. We enjoyed this place so much and have recommended it to everyone coming to Athens in the future! Ioanna is so very special and consider yourself lucky if you get to stay here :) you will not be disappointed.

Hard to think of anything I didn't like, maybe that it takes a few minutes to walk down to the beaches, but you can see this from looking at a map. It's really not an issue, just takes a little longer!

The whole stay was just great!! The apartment is big, clean and very nicely furnished and there are lots of snacks in the kitchen. The best part was Mrs Ioanna though, I have seldom had such a friendly and genuinly caring host! You can tell she really enjoys having guests and loves to help and get involved in whatever way she can! I was travelling alone so spending some time with her in the mornings and evenings became one of the highlights of my trip and I felt very comfortable and safe for the whole stay! She happily helped with food, advice on places to go, ways to travel etc and was just generally available for company and support. She also taught me the greek alphabet and made sure I Iearned some of the greek mythology. I felt very appreciated and taken care of, she is such a generous and loving person who goes above and beyond, I would definately go back!! :)

There was nothing at all to dislike!

Ioanna is an absolutely brilliant, kind, and generous hostess who would go over and above normal expectations to ensure that her guests are happy. We received a lovely, warm welcome from Ioanna and her gorgeous little dog, Luna, after a late arrival. The room, bed, bathroom, and balcony were all perfect, and the bed was super comfortable. Everywhere was so tip-top immaculately clean, and the room fan, or air conditioning was a great bonus in the 30 plus degrees heat! Ioanna provides her guests with a typical Greek traditional breakfast, and the choices available were excellent...fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereals, bread, cheese, halva, etc..The communal kitchen and lounge area is a great idea and there was the chance to make a hot drink or sandwich at anytime! We loved our private balcony and the chance to watch the Greek world go by with the Saronic Gulf in the distance. A very big Thank you, Ioanna, for such a wonderful stay! You are most definitely the best hostess with the mostess!!

The appartment were in a very quiet and nice area. Mrs Ioanna , the landlord was very friendly and helpful . The breakfast had ewerything that you can imagine. The bedroom had its own balcony with a fantastic view over the town and the sea. We are looking forward to visit mrs Ioanna and her beautiful apartment again .

I wasn't so much fond of having to get out of the room to get to the bathroom. I would have preferred the room with the bathroom included at the same price (however this room was already taken but it was also more expensive).

Mrs. Ioanna is very friendly and truly hospitable. She takes good care of her guests and is really interested that their stay is comfortable. It was also very nice of her to let us stay 2 hours longer so that I could finish up some work on the laptop (wifi was good also on the balcony). Her little dog, Luna, is adorable, she looks into your eyes every time you are eating something : ) The place is very nice with new furniture and all comforts. The balconies are also great with a nice view.

Honestly, if I could give more than 10 I would! You will stay in Ioanna’s apartment. It’s a big apartment in which 2 rooms are for accommodating guests. You will have your own room and bathroom, which are comfortable and clean. You will have access to the kitchen with plenty of breakfast options. 15 min walk from the apartment there is a tram stop (T7) which takes you along the coast to the Piraeus port. Glyfada (the region of the property) also has nice restaurants and beaches. Ioanna is a wonderful host always looking for feedback and willing to give tips about the city. Wonderful hospitality! Extra points for Luna, her cute dog!

Unique accommodation with genuine Greek hostess. Simply a fantastic accommodation experience. We were looking for accommodation in Glyfada 4 days before further sailing in the Greek archipelago. It was 4 days at Ioanna's Hellenic Hospitality. 4 days where the hostess Ioanna really offered herself and gilded our life in a very nice and hospitable way. We immediately got a nice contact and were invited by Ioanna to Greek dinners prepared by her with fantastically good moussaka not forgetting schrimp Saganaki which was enjoyed in the pleasant company of Ioanna and her friends. We were offered to be shown the surroundings, help with laundry etc. Simply things you as a traveler appreciate very much. Ioanna is truly passionate about giving her guests an authentic experience. So, for those who want a familiar yet private accommodation and at the same time want the opportunity to experience true Greek hospitality at the highest level, we warmly recommend the accommodation with Ioanna at Ioanna's Hellenic Hospitality. Hotells and rbnb´s you can find all over. But there is only one Ioanna ́s Hellenic Hospitality😊 Everything was of course clean and fresh in every way and the location very good with sea views, nice rooms and balconies etc. which of course contributed to a nice experience but for us as worldtravelers it was above all Ioanna's warm hospitality that made our 4 days with her a memorable experience that we will never forget and which we warmly recommend to all of you who are looking for something similar.
