The hotel is in perfect location, next to golden beach! THe hotel territory is well though out and beautiful. Rooms are clean and it feels like hotel is recently built. Overall we were more than satisfied for what we got for the price we paid!

The beer at the bar included in the all-inclusive pack is quite poor and basicly all the included stuff is a bit poor, like the ice - cream. The drinks at the restaurant were ok but you can only drink them at the restaurant and in the times that you go there. You can hear everything in the rooms next to you and in the hallway.

It was ok, food ok, not great but not bad either. The wi-fi was mostly good, the shower curtain is a bit of an inconvienince, but you can get over it. Cleaning was done every day. Asked them for a boxed lunch and they packed it up really nicely.

- The bathroom was not well designed. It was imposible to shower without splashing all the bathroom floor and the drain was sooo bad that it wouldn’t drain properly. Basically the bathroom floor was wet almost all the time during our stay - there was not even a shelf to put toiletry items in the bathroom. The made left the extra toilet paper on the toilet seat :( - the handles, mirrors and other items where worn off. Clearly in need of replacement - coffee at breakfast was horrible

The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms and the hotel was clean. COVID prevention rules where really respected

The bathroom was rather old and there was no shower curtain so all the bathroom got wet when taking a shower. Compared to other 4 stars hotels this looked more like one with 3 stars.

Wish breakfast had more meet choices, it is more less the same every morning Ac blows directly to you when on bed All electricity is of once you get key out of the key box on wall, even charging laptop not possible. Fridge is very shallow and small. Shower doesn't have door and whole toilet will be wet on every shower. With breakfast included you can only drink water and juice, coca cola and other drinks you have to pay extra for. Moody shower, on moments has blasts of colder water Moody internet connection, very good wifi coverage but regardless what they say, connection is very bad and breaks every few minutes, almosy impossible to send videos.

Nice location, very close to golden beach, 1 minute walk to it. Nice balcony. Very polite stuff. Very modern look outside and inside. Great welcome drink. Great sound proofing. Very nice and clean pool. Elevator. Every day cleaning. Very quiet place family friendly. Very pandemic oriented and keeps all safe and sterilised.

We did not like: - the thin doors from the rooms - every noise from the hallway can be heard in the room - the glass door between the room and the bathroom - the shower does not have a protection to the rest of the bathroom, so everything gets wet in the bathroom

I didnt like the design of the shower because it was very small and uncomfortable. In addition to that, it was impossible to take a shower without the water to flood all over the bathroom. There were so many cars in the parking, it was hard to find a spot to park.

The location of the hotel was very good. Its is one of the best hotels of the area. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The pool as well as the pool bar are great! The meals of the hotel are well prepared and there is variety.

Hot water was not always available, rooms a bit small, reception could use a second person, the guy was always on the phone and i had to wait a while each time.

- espresso and cappuccino not included in the breakfast , you pay extra for it. The coffee included is not too good - the bathroom didn't had a ventilation and you make a lot of water around while showering.

-Hotel close to the beach -breakfast was good, you have a lot to choose from -pool is looking really nice (but didn't went to it :) )

The rooms are very small with a very small bathroom, the humidity in our room was very high, with all in the room feeling wet, the bathroom is very small with no door or anything at the shower, that leading to water all over the place when taking a shower..

The hotel overall was very nice, with a wonderfull garden and pool. The parking was ok, the garden was very clean and well maintained, the pool was clean, and was cleaned every night with a robot.

The breakfast was good, but the coffee was terrible. If you want something better, you are charged for it. We had a family room and it did not look like in the pictures. The room was big enough, but the bathroom was extremely small, especially for a family room. The hotel surroundings did not look like in the pictures and it is not situated on the beach, there is a mud road between. The cleaning was done only at 3 days, they say because of the COVID rules... For the money we payed I would not choose this hotel again.

The location was good, very close to the beach and with a beautiful mountain view. The garden and the pool area look good.

The reservation manager was very rude and did not action any of the problems we reported. Only to be told that we could upgrade for 90 euros. We had an ant infestation this was never rectified and the air conditioning unit on the patio was leaking everywhere for the whole week water was leaking everywhere in the end we had a mop bucket and mop and twice a day the bucket was full to top with disgusting water . We was told they would come and look which they did however they said someone would come and repair the next day this never happened . My husband slipped several times on the water and the reception shown no concern . The receptionist was lovely but could not action anything unless the reservation manager gave her the ok . We reported the telephone was broken this was never changed . The cleaners were brilliant really lovely the pool bar staff were great the Gardner worked really hard all really nice . It is a shame the rest of the staff did not follow by example. The reservation manger was very rude and only once l said we was a returning customer she took note however was very rude speaking in Greek not realising my understanding .

The room was not as big as in the pictures, so don't be fooled by the pictures. The sea view room actually didn't have a sea view, maybe you could only see the sea so far away. You couldn't have the coffee from breakfast to drink it in the room (for example if you wanted to sit and drink coffee on the balcony of the room to smoke).

We really missed the presence of some kind of entertainment. It's a family resort and it would be great to have programs for kids or evening shows and music.

The overall experience in the restaurant can be improved. For dinner there was only one bottle of water per table and sometimes it wasn't brought by the staff at all. Special desserts (waffles, pancakes) at the restaurant are prepared slowly thus creating long queues in the restaurant. But besides that, everything was wonderful!

Everything was wonderful! Front desk assistance was very polite and helpful. The room was cleaned everyday, blankets and towels were changed as well. The food in the restaurant was very delicious and varied during the week. We had one of our best sea vacations ever here!
