Great value for money. It is what it is, a mix between youthful and family mix. The management kept on top of things very well.

Lack of local shop that was open was difficult when it was so very hot walking in to Kavos. The beds and pillows were very hard but just about managable. To have breakfast as a family was very expensive, much cheaper in Kavos. Kitchen area in the apartment was very basic.

Location was good as it was away from the main village so was quiet for the family. Apartments were big and well cleaned. Wonderful views and friendly staff.

Cleaning instead 4x a week we had a 2x a week and we had to go and remind them about it. Swimming pool closes at 6:30 what is a big mistake (hotel policy)if you want to visit island go and have a look around there is no chance to come back and relax in the pool becaouse its already closed.we had to go to the hotel across the road to have a swimm after 6:30 (bar customers can use there pool)

Location is great. View is wonderful. You wake up open your eyes and you can see through window ionian sea with mountains on the other side of water.Swimming pool verry clean water was wonderfull

The hotel itself is quite run down and needs to be updated. The rooms weren’t the cleanest, the beds were hard too but the bed linen and towels were clean. However I did have to ask for these to be changed after 4 days. They are extremely hot and you will require air conditioning which is 10 euros a day or 60 for the week. The patio door didn’t close properly which meant you could hear a lot of noise from the other guests.The curtains were blackout but were hanging off so left a gap giving no privacy from the other apartments and obviously left the light in when the sun came out. Im not a traveller that is picky and always take the positives but I honestly wouldn’t go back to this hotel. The average age of the guests was about 17-24 years old not that this was a negative because I travelled with my own daughters who are 16 & 19 but they were coming in around 5am and playing loud music. When asked to turn the music down I was given abuse. I reported to Reception who said they had security and wouldn’t tolerate this behaviour but it continued. The staff must have been aware of the noise as it was right by reception which is manned 24 hours. Other youngsters would be on their balconies at 5/6am after being out all night making a noise. I never saw security once during my week stay. The pool isn’t very clean but adequate and nice view over the sea. The female serving at the pool bar makes the prices up as she goes along so be aware of this too. Suitable for teens who want to party, don’t care what their rooms are like and have no respect for other guests.

The location of the hotel is fabulous. Far enough away from the madness in Kavos but close enough to walk and reach the bars/restaurants. It’s also right on the beach just a short walk down some steps from the pool area and you’re in the sea. If you walk along the sea front/beach there’s plenty of other hotels with pools and beach bars that welcome your custom too. The hotel serves pizza 24hours if you’re peckish too! Kavos itself had lovely restaurants and I couldn’t fault the food or the people.

Our room was big and comfortable with a balcony omg. The sea view from the balcony is superb. The staff has been friendly and helpful until the very end. Pool area really big and just 2 meters from the sea... Please do your self a favour and don't listen to the negative reviews especially from some really rude guests from Romania, that we were witness of their ruddiness inside the reception of the hotel.

WORST OF THE WORST!!! I never post hotel reviews other than on Booking.com, but everyone should know that this hotel was my worst experience ever!!! I see 5 out out of 5 posts by other people, but without any relevant pictures or arguments. You cannot rate a hotel only based on a smile from 1 kind staff. We arrived at the hotel and we’ve been given rooms at the ground floor that smelled horrible, mold, not ventilated, not cleaned. The toilets weren’t clean, full with urine, door handles were grease, the small kitchen had the door covers broken and everything was covered in mold and grime. Shower wasn’t clean and full with hair and dust/mud from the previous guests. The garden and the pool area is in the same condition, old, not clean, needs full refurbishment. The air conditioning that is paid extra, 7€/day, is set at a temperature that you decide at the beginning and if you want a change you need to go again to reception and bag someone to come and change the temperature… you don’t receive a remote!! You receive only one key even if you stay 4 in a room. You are forced to throw the toilet paper in the bin, but the bin is cleaned only every third day. You tell the stuff that this is not acceptable and the only thing that you receive in return is contempt. They don’t give a…… And all the above for 90€/day!!!!! Rrrreeeeeeaaaaalllllyyyyyy??? Do you need more? If you guys consider staying in this hotel… it is your problem, but if you make the mistake, be honest and give the review so we stop others coming to this hotel until they change their attitude and refurbish everything.

The location is incredible. The room had an amazing sea view that relaxes you by just seeing it. Clean and tidy. The restaurant had very nice food at good prices. What really made our vacation here was the staff. They really went out of their way to make our stay memorable and were always there for all our needs!

The beds were very hard. Staff was not nice and rude. Aircondition didn't work even though we paid extra to get it. Staff did not believe us. Room was full of mosquitoes. The place is nothing like the picture. And the worst is that the staff don't make you feel welcome!!! Don't stay here.

My God it was great! Large swimming pool with a marvelous view of the Ionian sea. Rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was amazing and always ready to help on any and all of our requests. The restaurant in the hotel was very good too, food was amazing. Can't wait to come back.

No first aid kit at hotel. Extra charge for air conditioning, but it was turned off couple hours before checkout.

Best sea view! At the tip of very South. Smoking in the balcony with a view.
