Because its just near the road, its a little bit noisy in a day time, when you spend time in balcony.

For the price it was a good place in Lefkada, especially with breakfast included. Its 1 minute to the nearest beach and two or three beaches reachable in 15-20 minutes walk. Nearby, about 10 minutes walk, was a village, with wide range of shops and restaurants. Quite big room, with spacious balcony.

lovely little hotel, close to the beach, walking distance to shops andcrestaurants, away from crowds. Breakfast was delucious. Everything you need for a short summer break.

Very basic room, needs renovation especially furniture, the first days we were few guests, when something was finished from the breakfast you had to wait or even forget it, last days more guests arrived so they were more attentive and the buffet was full, they should be mindful when a guest is there on their birthday (my boyfriend asked for flowers arrangement and they said ok we’ll try - then on the day they told him sorry we couldn’t find any but they could at least say Happy Birthday ) If you need a double bed you should write a separate email and be very specific otherwise it’s difficult to get the choice (we had to attach 2 small single beds by ourselves)

Nice view, good location, they were making different breakfast every day which was fresh and tasty, we had the room upstairs and they helped us with our luggage

I don’t know where to start. Arrived at the hotel on the day we were supposed to start our stay, it was around 3pm and no one was present at the reception, had to call someone over the phone to ask them to come and do the check in, afterwards we had to wait for 1 hour for someone to come to check us in. Called them several times and they kept saying, 5 min/2 min but that did not happen as they were saying. Someone came after 1 hour waiting, gave us the room key and we went into the room, that’s when the fun started. Entered the room the floor was dusty both in the room and at the balcony. The bathroom was simply disgusting, there was hair on the sink, tap had water residue, there was also a swarowski fake stone on the sink, mirror was dirty, the walls were filthy with stains and water&soap residue. The bath floor was filthy as well with hair in the shower and with a shaver part on the floor. The bathroom handle was broken, the shower tap was broken and leaking as well. When going back to the staff that came and did the checkin for us and told her of all the faults of the room she again called someone and told us to contact ourselves the engineer with regards to the room to get an appointment, she told us to go to the beach and the tap will be fixed and the room will be cleaned. We did as they told, and expected that when we come back all will be well. We came back in the evening, the shower tap was fixed but the room and bathroom was still dirty and filthy. We left it as it was and the next morning called the manager to tell about the room to be cleaned, again we have been told that someone is going to clean it that day, which in reality did not happen. They also told us that they clean the rooms once in three days, we stayed there for 7 days and they have not cleaned our room at all, they only brought in towels, no toiletries, no bin taken, no hoovering, no floor to be cleaned, nothing.

The only thing that I liked was that the property provided beach towels

Excellent choice for a family vacation: big comfortable apartment, well equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and a huge terrace with a view of the sea. Suitable lication too: close to the beach, walking distance to the shops and restaurants, away from crowds; public transport available too for a wander around the island

We had a lovely stay. The view from our room was perfect. We received clean towels and the room was very clean. There is a small beach near, 2-3 minutes of walking.

the hotel is really old and sad. it is standing by the road, so if you get a room with windows watching the road-you will be listening cars all night-noisy. bed was super hard, air conditioner didn’t work, because there was broken socket .. so, I had to suffer at night in hot, because I had to close window because of noise of the cars, without air conditioning… also, taps in the sink were kind a broken because it was mostly hot water, cold water was hard to regulate.. the last thing was a BIRD NEST in the corridor-so, all “bird products” were all the floor which made it really dirty… non hygienic .. You can hear neighbors very well, so if there are screaming children-you will hear it very well. All in all, if you stay there 1-2 days for 40 euros, like I did-is ok.

the staff! they were super helpful and attentive! Paulo in reception-super worker, he provided great customer service. breakfast was ok, nothing fancy, but value for money. clean bathroom.
