Only minor gripe: I asked booking.com for 'Corfu Town' - the address of the hotel includes this in the title; had I checked its location more carefully, I probably wouldn't have booked; that said, it turned out to be great, probably better than staying in the town itself

The hotel, out of season, was good value and right on the beach. The balcony gave us the chance to enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets. A reasonably priced supermarket 3 minutes away catered for our needs. The bus into town was twice hourly, taking half an hour. The 5-Euro Corfu Town bus day runaround ticket is worth considering

Nothing really, rooms were small, but the weather was great, so we were up and out each morning.

Great location, lovely looking out at the sea each morning. It was out of season and so the pool was closed. I am glad we booked half board as many bars and restaurants were just getting ready to open. The food was excellent. We had a car, but did use the regular bus service to get into Corfu Town. Would return, great value for money.

Rooms would benefit from a decor upgrade - beds very basic - but saying that still had fabulous nights of sleep. The shower hose and heads definitely need an upgrade. The beach is a narrow pebble beach - great for early September but not sure what it would be like in high season - Ipsos was described on arrival as a club strip which was a concern, but we were not troubled, in-fact the nights were very low key, but perhaps because of the time of year we travelled. This may be an issue high season.

Excellent friendly staff, very clean, and linen and towels changed daily. Good location to travel by public bus (cheaply) to other of the islands popular locations including Corfu town - Fantastic location for amazing sunrises. Great views across the bay to Corfu town and Albania Good selection of food at the buffet for both breakfast and dinner.

The noise carries through the rooms and being that most of the guests were in their early twenties, it made it a bit hard to sleep well. The pool is a great size too.

The location is amazing! You grab your towel and walk across the road to a lovely beach. Lots of eateries to choose from and supermarkets for snacks. 25 min bus ride straight into town.

The beds are not very comfortable. The size of the toilet is pretty small but i noticed it is like that in the whole city.

The room is good for the price, we had sea view which was nice. The staff are really nice and supportive. The food in the restaurant was very variant and very delicious! The location of the hotel is really good area, surrounded by bars, restaurants and supermarkets and only walking distance.

While the hotel facade has been updated, it seems the rooms have not seen an update in the past 25 years. I definitely expected more.

The breakfast was plentiful and generally delicious. Location is excellent.

The hotel is right on the beach, we got the swimming view room which was very spacious and had its own relatively good since terrace. The amenities are nothing special but it's a good value for money. We didn't use the pool, but you're right on the beach so made no sense ;). We got the free breakfast and dinner. They did have some veggie options at dinner but not a lot. However they had freshly baked pizza from the pizza oven which was amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay mainly because of the staff, they were so lovely and helpful all the time!

Room allocation of space is not confortable, bathroom gets flooded because curtain is not long enough to contain the water in. Hotel itself is outdated. For the buffet selection run out and you need to try to get it early and drinks are charge separately during dinner.

There was a kettle, but no cups, so I couldn't make coffee. No coffee was available on site, as the restaurant / kitchen was closed, but I did manage to walk a bit and get my fix. Other than that, it was perfect for my needs (One nights stay)

I only stayed for one night and picked this property due to it's price and location. I think it may have been the only place available in Ipsos at that time (Early January). The room was very basic, but it was also very cheap. It was really clean and the bed was very comfortable (The only reason I was there was to get a nights sleep, so this helped)

Average cleaning (weird stains on walls), rope for light in the bathroom came loose, shower head was small and had lots of chalk on it. Breakfast was expensive for what was on offer.

The room could have been cleaned (or at least the bins emptied) more regularly, we had to ask for the room to be serviced as it hadn’t been done for 3 days and the bathroom bin needed emptying. Having to pay for sun beds on the beach when we were staying at the hotel.

Continental breakfast was okay although two mornings there was no power and therefore no hot drinks or fruit juice. Great location right across from the beach and near all resort amenities. Staff were helpful and friendly.
