The location in right on a main road and you can loudly hear the traffic passes by ,witch is a big minus if you are noise sensitive.

Great hospitality from the owner beautiful house and an amazing garden flowers and fruit trees all over the garden. The room was very clean and has everything you need for a small kitchen and the beds were wide and fairly comfortable. For a family there is enough room and beds in one room . The view is amazing, sea front and the beach is across the road, we even saw A family Dolfins swimming across from the rooms balcony ,very special. The location is fairly close to all the restaurants and coffee shops drining time.. Amazing place very recommended..we satied there for four nights.

The hotel is lovely. Personnel was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We could see the beach from our window. Rovies is a small town, but you still can find some restaurants, bakery, and grocery stores over there.

It would be even better if there was a hook for the shower and a plug for the kitchen sink. The information said there was an oven, but there wasn't.

Views from the balcony were superb. Hosts were very attentive and obliging. Kitchen equipment was very good, facilities a little basic.

This was a beautiful room, spotlessly clean, with all the amenities, right by the beach and about two kilometres away from the main town. The host was very kind, friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help you orient yourself and plan your day trips in and around Evia. I look forward to going back to Evia in the near future because of my great experience with the host and the townspeople.

Very close to the main road so there is noise coming from the cars. Also, lots of light enters through a small window so better to bring an eye mask if you need darkness to sleep. Rovies is about 1.5km away and Limni about 6km.

Good size studio, good balcony and Ms Elisabeth was very nice. Close to Rovies village but you always need to take the car to go there, nothing is reachable by foot. Sea in front of you if you want to take a bath but with nothing to seat. Shops in the villages are small, so better stop on the way at Lidl or other big supermarket to buy stuff you need.

Very friendly hosts, lovely peaceful space just off the main road. Nice view from the balcony, big room. Hosts were able to give me a lot of information about beautiful places to visit in the area. Had a wonderful stay here.

I really liked everything. Friendly and kind hosts. Rooms with a beautiful view of the sea. You can have breakfast on the balcony. Convenient location of the hotel. There are a lot of kittens who meet you and meow if you come. :)

The road is a bit too close and very noisy. Shower is a bit small. Note: very sad to see the devastation caused by the huge 21’ summer forest fires, but North Evia is still very enjoyable!!!

Cute and authentic building. Lots of cats and kittens which makes it even more enjoyable. Very family friendly. Great homemade breakfast snack prepared by the host and offered (as no breakfast included originally).

Nothing to dislike and very good value.

We loved staying in this Guest house. Elizabeth and her son Jeurgos (George) made us so genuinely welcome. Our best stay on Evia and we extended our stay by 3 more days. The apartment was very clean and the view of Rovies Bay just perfect. We enjoyed several lovely breakfasts which were all from local producers. If we return to Evia this would be our number one base. Thank you Elizabeth for making our stay so enjoyable. Graham and Mark🐾🐾🐾🐾❤️

A very comfortable and cosy room with a great view and all essentials inclusive. The owners are very friendly and helpful 😀. Recommended for quiet and relaxed holidays by the sea.
