Nothing… everything was wonderful

We had an absolutely amazing hospitality experience at Elizabeth's accommodations and were hooked from the get-go! The location is surrounded by exquisite mountains and nature, and is literally situated on the sea - a perfect combination. The four stunning houses that encircle the beautiful pool are nestled in the heart of an olive grove - it's an idyllic setting that's truly hard to beat. We were blown away by the level of attention to detail and the immaculate upkeep of the place. What really made our stay unforgettable, though, was the exceptional service we received. Elizabeth treated us like her own family and provided us with opulent breakfast spreads every morning. The place was spotless and the services provided were of an extremely high standard - it felt like we were staying in a luxury boutique hotel. Our group of 15 people of all ages enjoyed every moment we spent there. There's no doubt in our minds that Elizabeth's accommodations played a huge role in making our time in the Peloponnese in Greece so special. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone and everyone - it's an experience you won't want to miss!

1) The location - quiet, nice and cosy. Just 4 suites with a lovely view over the olive trees. Well maintained and thorough daily cleaning including the pool. The pool area was pretty big for such intimate place. The kids really enjoyed it. Close to Iria Village and Nafplion. 2) Great hospitability. Our host Elizabeth was very welcoming. We arrived pretty late and it wasn’t an issue at all. The breakfast we got on the first day after out late night arrival was a very nice gesture. And that wasn’t just it; she was lovely and very helpful during the entire stay.

This is a wonderful place! Very modern , clean and beautiful . The kitchen is well equipped, We enjoyed so much the apartment,. The garden is nice . Exceptional hospitality the owners are so generous and offered a free amazing homemade breakfast .( freshly baked ) This is a highly recommended place .

The cabins were huge, very clean, well-occupied, and comfortable. We occupied two cabins, one with four people and 1 with 5, and both families had plenty of space. The location is perfect for relaxing and having 100% quiet from people and roads. The best are the hosts, which perfect, they even gave us goodies every day. Highly recommended.

Wonderful little oasis close to the beach and within driving range of a number of sights (Nafplio, Epidaurus, Mycenae, Corinth). The house was nice and new, and had a lovely terrace and pool area, shared with 3 other houses. Closed gate, parking on the ground. We could see the sea from the house. The host was absolutely amazing and treated us with delicacies every day. The area itself was not that exciting but with a car you can get around to sights, restaurants, supermarkets etc. Great value for money.

It was perfect

Location is excellent for exploring. The accommodations is first class, with all the modern amenities. And the washing machine was a huge plus for us, after travelling for over 8 days . Elizabeth, the hostess greeted a huge hamper breakfast on our first morning , the second day ..brought over fresh fruits and the third day brought over delicious homemade pastry and 4th day made us the delicious salad to try. Wonderful host, and highly recommend locations perfect for exploring the area.

The place run by a friendly and welcoming family. The place is clean and well maintained. Comfortable, calm, close to beautiful beaches and delicious restaurants in the nearest port. We received a morning treat of wonderful food baked from local products. We would definitely visit again, it was perfect!

I can't praise the service we received at Irissa Suites highly enough to do the hosts credit. I have honestly never experienced such generosity and kindness like this before. The food was absolutely amazing and authentic 'local fare' made and delivered by the family. The service was not at all intrusive. The location is gorgeous and the pool was delicious. Beautiful setting and privacy. Incredibly lovely and helpful people. A wonderful experience all round.

We have no criticisms at all! You will want to hire a car to travel the local area and to visit the local tavernas.

Irissa Suites comprises 4 modern suites (in 2 blocks of 2), set in a garden with a shared swimming pool and sun terrace. The suites are open plan and split-level, with (in our case) two single beds in a screened gallery, and a double bedroom in an alcove below. Each suite has an attractive seating area with outdoor furniture (an L-shaped sofa, coffee table, and small swing seat) under a pergola, facing south west for the afternoon sun. The property is situated amongst fields of crops in a flat region surrounded by attractive hills, accessed by a coastal road from Nafplion (30 minutes' drive away) in the Peloponnesus. The suites are very well appointed and furnished, and the hosts (who live close by, on site) are wonderful. Our suite was spotlessly clean, with everything we needed, and the breakfast was delicious, with freshly baked bread and cake, amongst other treats. The nearest stretch of coastline is a short walk, and the local village (a few kilometres away) has a couple of excellent tavernas. Nafplion is a must-see, with an attractive old town and harbour, with historical churches and an ancient parliament building, as well as shops, cafes and restaurants in its pedestrianised streets, all accessible on foot from a free parking area.

a bit remote, but we didn’t care as we came to relax and good location for visits to Nafplio and Epidauros
