The room was first floor close to the street and sometime at the night was motorbike the drive noisily.

The resort is amazing, the staff very pleasant and support everything that you request We was with small baby so Markus support as in advance with baby bed , in the site welcome with champagne and good vibe for everyone in this place. Specifically thanks for Markus, Marianeta, laseria the waiter from the pool. Everything was clean

During our stay there were a lot of people and too much children in the hotel. Especially disappointed was on the breakfast in the restaurant. It was obvious that there was not enough staff, the waiters were not able to figure out with all the guests. As a result, too dirty restaurant area (around the tables and serving area). Breakfast ok, but a lot from the offered options were from the previous day dinner.

Great room, nice sea view, modern design of the hotel, good location, very friendly reception staff. We are very thankful for the free upgrade, it was a nice surprise for my husband's name day!

Room cleaning could have been better, tampon packaging in the closet. We laid out the sofa for the children, and there were moths and dust, no one even wiped it off. There were no bathrobes or slippers in the room. The lifeguard at the pool did not allow 16 year old children into the pool because he saw that they had recently eaten and told them not to enter for 2 hours. And after 2 hours the sun set and it was already cold so the children did not have time to swim in the pool (we stayed for one day).

There was a set menu one evening and we were not asked about dietary pretence nor allergies before the food started to be served. We didn’t get to see the menu beforehand. Although the food was delicious and of exceptional quality, this did concern us as we have dietary restrictions.

The resort was very comfortable and the staff really went out of their way. The cocktails made by George and service he offered were fantastic. There were a few little hiccups but Marianneta was very helpful and really went out of her way to sort it out. There was a customer relations agent who was doing his internship and he was extremely helpful and friendly. The food overall was absolutely delicious.

Check-in took too long. Room was not ready. However staff were receptive and offered us champagne while we waited.

So many spoiled families and children have never seen in my life. Also annoying to see during breakfast and buffet dinner so much waste of food from the guests and so much noise. Definitely not recommended for couples who need relaxed and quiet vacations.

The place was really nice, it is just an hour from Athens, the sea was wonderful, the amenities were excellent, the staff was very polite and friendly. In general it is a very nice place near to Athens for families (additionally it is pet friendly ) 😊

The pool closing at 7pm, the rude and unhappy security guards, the morning breakfast (while diverse and abundant, was often cold and or not great taste wise). The pool/beach menu was also just “fine”.

Hotel is the only bright dot in small city. Without much content in the tourist offer. The city itself is quite dirty and poor.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are neat. The hotel is easily accessible from Athens. Restaurant is ok. Breakfast unbelivable rich.

Cost of everything was too high. 1L water costs 2.5€. Parking was open and always occupied by external visitors. Buffet food was not kids friendly. Almost all dishes were cold, even the ones supposed to be hot. Pillows were not anatomical.

We paid for three adults in a triple room. Our 13 year old son classed as an adult. The so called sofa bed was tiny. It was not long enough for our son and it was very narrow. If you charge for three adults you need to provide beds for three adults. This sofa bed would only be suitable for a small child. We spoke to reception and got the usual answers. They did offer to refund our money but we had nowhere else to go and any hotel in the vicinity was booked out. Also, the usual sun lounge reserving without any supervision by staff. All of the sun lounges on the beach and at the pool had been claimed by people by placing towels, hats etc. The majority of these people reserved the sun lounges by 08:00 but did not come back until the afternoon. No free lounges for the rest of the guests who were actually at the pool or beach.

Beachfront, grounds, pool were all great. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was good. Room was nice but small.
