The property was very clean and regularly cleaned during my stay. Kitchen nicely equipped with coffee machine and toaster. There is a Bakery right next to the property. Parking space available and very nice restaurants within few min drive. The owner was very accommodating and communicated efficiently via WhatsApp. Even brought us some pastries. The view was spectacular and the jacuzzi was hot and clean. Amazing spot for a quiet couple holiday.

The 3.7 earthquake :)

Very big balcony with a great view to the caldera. We can also have a great view from within the living room due to its big glass windows. Comfortable rocking chairs. Private parking. The private rooftop was great, it has a jacuzzi where we can enjoy the sunset. Definitely this was a spot with spectacular views (we saw the sunset everyday from the jacuzzi with a glass of wine :P) Donna was a great host, very nice and helpful.

Really spacious and relaxing. The views are Incredible, the private roof top was lovely. Communication with Alexander throughout my day of booking, day of arrival and leaving was great. Thank you for being so welcoming and organising my taxi ride.

This is our first time staying at Pyrgos and we love it!!! The apartment has everything you need. The bed was super comfortable . The living room is huge it has kitchen and all the things you need (plates, Glass, etc) as we sit on the large sofas we can see the sunset through the big glass window and it's just amazing!! The jacuzzi on the roof is the best place for taking a photos:) you can see sunset - volcano - Fira , half of the island! (We didn’t use it much though because of the wind). We wish to come back again next year.

Amazing View! Great location , parking , specious (even though we use only the double room) and above all, the superb view from the jacuzzi on the terrace! Volcano and sunset together! Amazing. We had a fantastic massage in the room. (Thank you Donna :) Alexander make our stay relaxed and give information about all the islands hidden gems . We will book for September to come back!

We were looking forward to the rooftop patio and hot tub, unfortunately it was barely lukewarm, gave error codes on the heater that needed the owner to come and reset. One night it was a comfortable warm temperature, but then the sun went away and the wind picked up, and the hot tub could not maintain heat (water was only 29 degrees on our last day there). Also we lost hot water in our apartment on the third day, owner was contacted and responded quickly, but it was a power issue, fuse had to be reset, and took several hours for water to be warm in our apartment. The location of the apartment was central on the island, but you do require a vehicle to get around (or use the bus) as nothing is walkable from the apartment due to narrow busy road out front, and distance to the sights. Parking is good at apartment if you rent a vehicle. View is less enjoyable slightly due to the buys road and noisy traffic, and one powerline through the sunset. There was a slight musty smell in the bathroom as well.

The apartment was clean, modern furnishings, comfortable, beautiful view from balcony, and floor to ceiling windows facing the sunset, beds comfortable, kitchen well stocked. Owner brought bakery treats several days during our stay, and gifted a bottle of wine. Distance to the sights, it was quite centrally located. Hot tub and rooftop patio were nice to have access to. view from roof was amazing 360 degrees, could see both sides of the island. Host very helpful, met us at the property, communicated via whats ap promptly with any issues and to provide recommendations for our visit.

Location is on a main road, xonstant flow of traffic. View is diminished by that road. Price is crazy for only. 2 bedroom.and 1 shower. Nothing to do in the area unless u walk 20min or have a car. It's March weather, no central heating, super cold all night. No netflix, no tv. Only 6 greek channels, no cable, no you tube... jacuzzi is a plus but not well maintained and cold. Overall. I regret spending so much for so little value.

Some small things could have made it much nicer: for example they had only 1 wine glass, they didn’t have shower gel(but had body milk), the toilet seat was partly broken, door in shower didn’t close properly, the sandwich maker had broken holder, the hot and cold water were reversed, jacuzzi had duct tape on top to not allow increasing the water temperature. The breakfast wasn’t good; no consistent food: melted cheese, some bread, jam, chocolate spread and butter. Not much milk for coffee.

The staff was very friendly and they allowed us early checkin. The view was very nice, but keep in mind the property is surrounded by roads. The rooms were comfortable. The dining table was very beautiful 🥺. WiFi was good.

Their touted internet facility was nothing but a telephone with a merely a hotspot instead of a router thus allowing the connections to be used by only 2 persons (there were four of us). The Television had no connection and thus could not be used. The cleanliness of the place was left to be desired. There were used towels by former guest just thrown in the closet and were not removed (as example). The breakfast was brought but was incomplete (no coffee) In total, if the view is what`s important then one can book the place but otherwise rating it as a 4-star hotel is nothing but presumptuous and should not be believed. I would consider the place more of an Airbnb instead of a hotel.

The view from the apartment was awesome and the Bakery next door(Giorgios Bakery) that made very good breads and cakes were absolutely wonderful.
