Fantastic location - close to plenty of interesting bars and restaurants but quiet. The gym has a good amount of equipment. The restaurant serves lovely food at a reasonable price, and the cocktails are a highlight.

This was my second stay at the hotel and they exceeded my expectations. In my opinion a hotel experience es 50% the premises and 50% the service. Well, this hotel provides the best service that I've experienced in muy life. The hotel reception goes beyond any possible thing to make your experience in Athens an unforgettable. I will certainly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a top notch experience in Athens.

Can’t think of a single thing!

The hotel is brand new and extremely clean. What made the trip though was the attentive and very warm staff! Everybody at Ivis4 loves what they do and it shows! I cannot recommend this hotel enough! Once you’re there, do not miss out on the incredible breakfast and the cocktails!

Some of the surrounding buildings were dilapidated so it felt a bit unsafe.

I like that it was a newer hotel. Awesome decor and ambiance. The breakfast that was included was really good. Great options.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Location was perfect, just far off of a busy street to be quiet, and a minute away from bars, restaurants and a super cute area to walk around. Room and terrace were gorgeous, same with common areas even though we didn't stay long enough to use the gym or other amenities.

The location was ideal to explore both the main archeological attractions and also feel the energy of the artistic quarter of Athens, with excellent bars and restaurants. The hotel itself served some great cocktails and the room was really clean and well air-conditioned, vital for visiting Athens in the summer!

Not versatile breakfast. Poor breakfast menu. Better do buffet. Room cleaning at 15:00, not right if you want to take a noon break when it is hot outside.

The lighting system was strange and difficult to figure out. Breakfast was great, but I would suggest starting it earlier (0600-0630)…for guests that have early plans or flights/ferries to catch.

The staff, George, Christo, and everyone were amazing. The breakfast, made to order, was fabulous, served in a sweet and airy courtyard. The location was fun, safe, and quiet for the Psirri area. We loved this little hotel so much! What a way to start our trip!

Number of breakfast options and the food was good. Drinks from the bar were amazing. Fotis was a great bartender and also very friendly! Best drinks in Athens and even better than drinks in Mykonos.

Breakfast was OK, but a little bit unimpressive. They serve it as a la carte, but everything seemed kind of supermarket food - seasonal fruit as banana and apple, jams as mainstream brands, greens a little tired.

Nice small boutique hotel, contemporary style and comfortable. Staff was really welcoming, we got early check-in. Location is the biggest plus - many bars, restaurants and cafes around, nice area to walk around. All sights are also in walking distance. Probably the best area in Athens for week-end stay.

when we first pulled onto Ivis street we were a little taken back by the graffiti, but realized quickly that is all over Athens. The hotel was walking distance to everything and was exceptional in cleanliness, food and service. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Really good location. Lots of bats and restaurants. Good location for the acropolis and other sites. Room was a good size for a group of 3 adults.
