The Sky Bar rooftop is open until 5am so bring earplugs!

We stayed in a luxury suite and the balcony view was amazing. The staff were one of the highlights of our trip and we will consider coming back for sure. Roberto and Jimmy are absolute legends, all the staff are so kind and always willing to help with anything you need. Great beach bar vibes, lovely pebbly beach, great selection of drinks and food on the menu. Felt very safe, no pickpockets or thieves around, we even forgot to lock the doors every now and then! Lovely trip to Kos!

The music never bothered us as our room was not directly over the bar, during the day the music is loud only if you sit up front, we sat at the sea front and had no issues. If I had to give a negative I would maybe suggest a small day room with shower facilities for those who have a late flight home but would like to stay around the premises after checkout, but this didn't effect our very positive review of Jackson's 🙌

We loved it 😍 our Ruby Sea View Suite was amazing, beautiful room, cleaned daily, fridge, hairdryer, safe, toiletries, air con, fresh soft towels, TV with Netflix log in, sea view balcony, free breakfast (the scrambled eggs, avocado, bacon on toasted bread with rocket is to die for), plenty of soft cushioned free sun beds with waiter service , water sports, beautiful sky bar for cocktails and main bar with pool table and live music but the main quality was 100% the staff, they actually are some of the nicest people I've ever met which says a lot about the owners of Jackson's🙌 special thanks to Steve

Nothing at all!! We loved everything as a young couple we loved the atmosphere which I don’t think would be suited for young families or people who want a quiet stay as the music is loud at night (we loved it!)

The room was beautiful! Felt brand new and I have nothing negative to say. The bed was very comfortable and had a lovely layout. The lady who did the daily cleaning of the rooms was so kind and nice and it was spotless each time. The food was 10/10 the menu was incredible and had something for everyone. Food and drinks were of reasonable price and we enjoyed it so much. The breakfast that was included we could not believe as it was the best we have ever had at any hotel that was including breakfast in our stay. Super tasty! The set up of the beach was beautiful it felt like a 5 star beach hotel. The music was fantastic and gave a really good atmosphere perfect for young people/couples and those who like a lively music beach vibe . The staff. The staff went above and beyond each time we went down for food drinks or on the beach. They were all the nicest staff I have ever encountered at any hotel, restaurant, bnb etc. They really deserve the most credit here as they made our stay so enjoyable!

Breakfast menu is ok , but you need to pay separately for cappuccino , late, espresso coffee , only free drinks on the morning which including on breakfast menu was breakfast tee and Nescafé coffee.( I don’t now who this days drink instant Nescafé coffee) and even waitress from beginning not explain you properly what is included in the price .

The only problem I had was the Wifi speed. It was, unfortunately, very slow. Such a shame, because each suite has a huge new Smart TV. It was too slow to stream movies and to browse Instagram. So I'm afraid that speed won't be enough to work remotely from Jackson's.

Delicious breakfast options included (one sweet or various options of scrambled eggs). Huge suite with an amazing beach view - ask for the Blue Sapphire suite: the sea is so close to the terrace! Sunbeds included. And of course, super friendly and helpful staff. They'll make sure you feel at home and entertained each evening at the bar downstairs.

Very nice apartments with direct seaview. The location of jacksons is perfect. Only a few minutes walk and you reach all restaurants, shops etc. The staff at jacksons is super nice and friendly. You simply have a super nice time with them. The breakfast was delicious and always fresh. If you want to have a great time, book jacksons ;)

When we arrived, no one was there to help us with our luggage up a long flight of stairs. The shower screen panel had come off the hinges & TV was not working. Spoke to host who didn't seem concerned. We had to follow this up twice. Eventually these items were fixed after a few days. The shower is small, no shower caddy & you're not able to put your soap or shampoo & toiletries anywhere in the shower. The vanity has a small bench but not much to put anything on. The music is so loud & can be felt & heard through the walls of the room. It should be sound proofed. The music was non stop from 10.30am to 2.30am. It would be so loud that we were never rested or got any sleep. When the cleaner didn't come, we were told she was sick. No one approached us to let us know or provide us with fresh towels and toilet paper. Getting water glasses was also a struggle. The balcony is big & overlooks the sun lounges & ocean. We were not impressed. For "luxury " you would hope the host would have complimentary water in the fridge, water glasses, toothbrush holder, shower & TV fixed & sound proof walls. Great to hang out on the beach but unless you want to hear high volume music blasting into your room, then I suggest you stay somewhere else.

Very disappointing for a luxury room. Sure it's close to everything & the balcony view is sensational but the room was too close to the speakers which would blast out music non stop from 10.30am until 2.30am the next day. Then you would hear the sound of bottles being collected & party goers yelling & partying on the beach. The room had a kettle but no tea or coffee provided or complimentary water every day. No glasses provided for water. The shower was so small & no toothbrush holder or any space to put your toiletries. The floor was very dirty. I walked across the floor without shoes or slippers & my feet were dirty underneath. The breakfast was a hit & miss every day. The safest thing to order was a frame & yoghurt with fruit. The staff were not interested when we mentioned the room was unlocked by the cleaning lady. When we were leaving, staff did not help us take our luggage down a very long flight of stairs. The beach bar is nice & and has a great location on the beach.

Noise is a problem until about 3am. The bass makes it hard to ignore. The curtains do not close fully so even if you stay up late, you’re woken up by brightness. There is no thought about the guest (little things) like a mug for your toothbrush , shelf in the shower for your soaps , coffee, tea or a complimentary welcome water . You’re checking into a beach bar with rooms so just keep that in mind

We had three rooms, one of them had no safe, one of them had a room door that kept being locked and the key wouldn’t work from the inside so we were stuck in the room and had to call down to be let out by our friends (this was a bit of a worry, if we didn’t have others staying in a different room to help), one had a TV and air-con which never worked. Two rooms were quite loud until around 1am but the other was quiet. There were no selves or draws in our room so all of our stuff ended up on show. We needed more than 1 pillow per person and had to put towels under to prop them up. The floors needed a clean, our feet were dirty from walking around the room.

Location was amazing, close to lots of restaurants, the harbour and plenty of beaches. The staff were attentive, friendly and fast. The food and drinks were great. The maid did a great job of providing fresh bedding and towels. Balcony’s are a great size, the sea view was stunning. Beds were comfy.
