Meet with owner super easily and he handed me the keys, communicating very fast with me via phone. Was pleased with the room as I was handed an upgraded room free of charge. Room equipped with basic needs for a stay and super clean.

1. The address on the map is not to w right one. I was lost i accidentally found the owner on the street and showed me again where it is. 2. The place is near to the strip clubs, music is playing loud till the morning. 3. The locker on the main door was broken, if you push the door you could just enter.

Cheaper than the other options but again too much for that place.

The room stinks, because the sewage system in the kitchenette is bad. There is water everywhere in the bathroom after a shower, because the water runs to the door not where it is supposed to. The shower curtains are way outside the shower so it makes a pool out of the bathroom. The bathroom door handle is falling. The entrance door is so old and feels like a barn. The entrance to the apartment outside is a ruin.

The kitchen is not equipped at all. The toaster doesnt work, there isnt a proper knife etc. Ok, you several plates and forks but not even a sponge and detergent to wash them. In general, the kitchenette is pretty useless. The place is extremely noisy with clubs going on till morning. When you manage to get some sleep in the morning you get awaken but the drunk crazy neighbour who screams every morning, break things, fights people. One morning the police even came. It wasnt pretty to say the least. To sum up, the area feels quite unsafe and it feels like you stay in the middle of a brothel. Least but not last. One of the biggest cockroachers Ive even seen ( and Ive seen a lot :)

The host was very nice and helping. The beach is just next to you. Ok,not the best beach, but still it's a beach and very close.

The location of the apartment was perfect for our group. The west beach was only few minutes away, and the east one (Elli beach) was also near. This pedestrian street is well connected with restaurants, taverns, supermarkets, shops, etc. Also, the bar street is just around the corner. We didn't mind the music during the night. The content of the apartment unit was satisfactory. We asked, and got everything that was missing and we needed in the apartment.

Some basic things were missing, such as: hangers in the closet, sharp knife, clip hangers for the towels in the bathroom, towels, and spong in the kitchen. But overall, it is good for the price ✌🏽

The apartment is close to the strip clubs and clubs street. Which wouldn't be a problem if not for the fact that is in an old building with thin doors and walls and the clubs around seem to do a challenge on who puts the music higher. They started the music in the evening, and I'm not talking about a normal volume, I'm not a person who likes to exaggerate, I'm a young woman, not an old grumpy. But the volume they kept was incredibly high, for sure in many countries (mine surely) would make police arrive after ten minutes, and they didn't stop until past 5 in the morning. The basses were so powerful that the room's door was getting opened by vibrations. Drunk people were shouting and making noise all night, at six AM there were always still people screaming and it was like having all of them inside with us. There's no isolation at all, even when we tried to watch a movie with maximum volume not to hear them we still heard the music way louder than the movie. At night we had to sleep with isolating earphones AND music. I've never ever found a place this noisy, it was a nightmare. I've never been so happy to leave a place and go back to my home before. We would have gone away if we didn't have already paid the whole price. I know it's also our fault, there were not enough reviews and we still chose this without getting informations on the location but honestly we could have not imagined to be exactly in the most noisy place of Rhodes. People in the apartment over us were actuality taking part of those noisy nights, we could hear them go back and also make a lot of noise after 6 am, so I guess for them it was very good accomodation . I'm not even gonna comment other stuff that we might have not liked about the apartment because this was enough to ruin everything.

Everything good that I could write would anyway be covered by the fact that we couldn't sleep for 4 nights. The owner was surely a nice woman, the house was clean for Greek standards and the city centre was 10 mins walk from there. Only book here if you're a party person that wants to stay awake and party all night until morning, in this case the apartment will be amazing.
