The safe box wasn’t functional but we didn’t quite need it. Also, the building is located near a road, some nights were a bit noisy but not all night, we had good night sleep

I liked a lot that it was surrounded by all types of trees and from the balcony I saw myself just like in the middle of a tropical rainforests. The beach, shops and restaurants are a few minutes away by foot. We always had fresh towels and the blinders made the room 100% dark. The hosts were the best, very friendly and inspired trust from the first moment we met, they were always one step ahead with our needs. Thank you again for the traditional home made gemista from your mother, Giorgos, it was in the right moment.

That is a perfect place to stay. Everything is within walking distance. Rooms are equipped with all you need, even a beach umbrella. And of course is host Giorgos, who is always willing to help and make your stay even better.

They exceeded all our expectations. Their hospitality was excellent, not only they were helpful and kind but they welcomed us as if we were their family, they made sure we have all we need and gave us the best goodbye ever. It didn't feel like we are renting but more like we are visiting friends who are happy to see us. The room was super clean, like cleaner than a hotel room. Clean like nowhere else. The villa is couple of minutes from the beach, nice green yard for the kids to play, quiet place full of greenery and flowers. For my family from now on there is only one place to stay when in Halkidiki.

It was one of the best experience I ever had with place booked by Booking.com. Giorgos - the owner is extremely nice person. He offered any help my wife and I needed during the stay or even after it. My wife left her shirt in room so Giorgos send it back to Poland! When we arrived to the apartment Giorgos were there waiting for us. Room is furnished in a nice standard, kitchen is well equiped, we also got some welcome wine, beer and water. Apartment is located 300 meters from the small local beach. In relation to the price we paid for our stay it was the best lodging we ever had! If you plan your holidays in Halkidiki you shoud stay in Joseph Village Apartments!!!

We loved everything about our stay, George & Elena were there to meet us and were lovely and very welcoming. There was a great bottle of wine and other provisions for us which was great. Our room was immaculately clean well furnished and beautifully decorated. The bed was divine as was the nicely equipped bathroom with really nice locally produced shampoo, soaps, and conditioners. The kitchen had everything we needed. A full-sized oven although we didn't need it for our stay this time, we know from past experience that being able to whack a chicken in and have crusty bread and a salad is a great way to stretch a budget. But there was everything that you needed including a coffee machine, microwave, and the all-important kettle to the British anyway 🙂. I mentioned that we were going out for a birthday meal to George, the following morning there we two delicious cakes and a lovely message from George, Elena and Theodora their daughter wishing me a happy birthday. That's attention to detail and the sort of loveliness that just makes a really nice time better. Thank you all for doing such a nice thing. I really hope you have a great season.

Everything was impeccable!

Beautiful, super clean rooms & well equipped kitchen with utensils. Very well maintained property, peaceful and just 3’ walk from the beach. Iosif, the owner was expecting us with a smile on his face and assisted us with everything we needed. We totally recommend Joseph Village Apartments and we are definitely coming back. We stayed here also last year, so it’s the 2nd time we’ve been here and I can only recommend it. Very clean, lovely rooms – they had everything we needed. Great location: quiet and on foot, only 5 minutes from the beach.

The room was clean and welcoming. The terrace was suitable for breakfast and relaxation. If a person is looking for a peaceful stay, this is his place. The location is 5 minutes from the beach. Joseph was a very helpful and kind host. Definitely this place is on our list of places we would repeat the visit.

The only improvement would be some mosquito nets at the windows. The bathroom was a little uncomfortable, but freshly renovated.

The room is clean, fun, freshly renovated with a clean bed and new equipments. The room has a cute terrace on which you can take the breakfast. Joseph was a very kind, helpful and nice host and we thank him for everything.
