The top floor room does not have a door and clients should be informed in advance about this.

The property is very clean and nice. We were a group of 7 friends and the villa suited us very well. The host is very friendly and helped us with a lot of useful information about the island.

Very nice, clean and comfortable villa. The owners Nikolas & Lisa can assist you with any question about the Island, reservation of restaurant, boat trip, etc. They have offered to us some fruits from their garden. A lady was cleaning the villa every day. If you want to have the guarantee of quiet holidays at Zakinthos you can choose this Villa. The localisation is also a good place (central) to visit the island and there are some beaches, tavernes and a supermarket you can go by foot.

The Villa is beautiful, spacious, very well kept! Feels like home! Daily cleaning, the house is always spotless, with laundry service included! Our favourite area was the pool area, truly beautiful 😍 Nikolas and Lisa were the best hosts, always available to give us the best recommendations and helped us out with everything during our stay! We couldn’t hope for anything better! We will recommend this Villa to anyone visiting Zakynthos!

One room doesn't have air con - didn't matter for us at all as we didn't need the additional room but if we had been a larger party it would have been tough to draw straws to see who got that room! One other thing to note is that the pool (lovely though it is) has quite a rough bottom so if you're travelling with going kids, it's best to bring pool shoes.

The villa is lovely but the star of the show is the pool area which is where we spent most of our time. The real bonus was the location - 10 minutes walk (or a 2 minute drive) to a bakery and a supermarket with several restaurants in the same walking distance. There are some amazing restaurants nearby, we particularly loved the fish tavern where you can jump into the sea between courses! Probably the best thing about our stay though was the host, Nikolas. He went our of his way to make our trip so much fun with recommendations for restaurants, boat tours, anything we asked!

Nothing to dislike

The hosts were amazing and helped with everything and anything. They were so friendly and nothing was too much for them. We had a welcome pack upin arrival too...lovely as we got there late. The pool was awesome, the villa itself was kept very clean, had everything you wanted. Views were so beautiful. If we're visiting again we'd definitely go back there.

It is the best choice for spending the holidays together with friends or family in Zakinthos. The location of the villa is excellent, the villa is spacious, the pool and the interior of the villa are taken care of daily, Nikolas is a welcoming host, attentive to details and always available to offer diferent services, including local tips. I have no complaints! We were a group of 8 friends and all of us loved the place!

Everything was great and beautiful, and wanted to jump into the pool as soon as we arrived! We enjoyed our mornings drinking coffee on the little back terrace. Also the location of the property allowed us to travel fast to the most beaches 🏖

The place was absolutely amazing , me and my 4 friends had the best time. The owner Nicholas cant have enough good things said about him. He went above and beyond what he needed to for us and we are so grateful for making our experience even better than it would be have been. Would highly recommend to anybody. Everything was perfect!

The house is huge, clean and beautiful with a big yard and swimming pool. There was more than enough space for our group of 8 people. We had an amazing stay in Joya Luxury Villa. Nikolas and Lisa are the best hosts you could wish for. They do absolutely everything to make you enjoy the most of your stay. It was the best moment of our trip around Greece. I would definitely recommand to stay in Joya Luxury Villa. Thank you so much guys!

Main bedroom a little too open plan. Others too insignificant when compared with good points!

The hosts were extreemly kind and helpful. Property not overlooked by others (except for adjoining villa) and just a short walk to tavernas by the sea. Central position ideal to visit island attractions

Lovely house located in a beautiful olives orchard! The exclusive garden and having a private pool only for our apartment made our holiday extraordinary. Nikolas is a very nice and cheerful guy, always willing to help. He even brought us some nice traditional local products. The house in itself was more than enough for our small group, but could easily accommodate more people. We totally enjoyed our stay at Joya and hope someday we will come back.
