The hotel geographic location and the place is heaven! The beautyful pine forest is so close to the hotel that it gives you the feeling that it " falls" on the hotel, it is surounded by olive trees (very old ones), the garden full with flowers , grass, huge swimming pool, prety close to beach (800m), good breakfast, fair prices on items that you order from the bar, new sun beds, new matres, AC, a prety balcony with the see view... city center is very close and full of choices with great food

The only thing that could have been better is the size of the bathroom and the shower, althought it was not a problem for us

We loved the property, the green areas and the space around the pool. The green space is very well maintained, it feels private and safe. This hotel is perfect for families with small kids. The room is pleasant, clean, good size, the bed was comfortable and the terrace was nice too. Breakfast was fine, better than I expected :)

Beach in Fourka is not good, its got sandy shore but inside there are rocks so you need shoes. Also be aware there may be sea urchins in the shallows! We went only once, and spent most our days in Kalithea beach(10 min drive) which is perfect for children. As for Julia hotel stay was pleasent overall although rooms can get a bit of refreshers (old and it looks like broken mini fridge and bathroom can be updated a bit. But price/quality was ok.

Hotel is very clean, pool is great. Hostess is always happy to help. Grass area is nice for children. Breakfast is ok for the price. We also liked its very cool in the evening and very pleasent for sleeping.

The shower was a bit small and the mattresses were too hard for our taste. Also, there is no freezer

We loved our stay at Hotel Julia! All the staff was nice and accommodating. The rooms are decent size, a bit on the old side, but well maintained. The AC worked well. For breakfast, you have the same options each day, but the variety is fine, as well as the quality of the food. Although far from the beach, it was not a problem for us as we drove to new beaches each day. And when we decided to be lazy and stay in the hotel, the pool was great fun.

You might get "lucky" to be neighbours with loud and noisy Polish or Russian tourists. Too bad, the staff tolerates them.

The place has a really beautiful garden. The rooms are recently renovated and quite comfy. You can enjoy a lovely view from your balcony. The hotel is pretty close to a nice sandy beach. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful experience at the Julija Hotel. Property is clean, very close to the beach and we really loved the character of the hotel. Nice room with beatifull view, the restaurant was fantastic and staff was friendly and helpful. Thank you !

Room and bathroom are basic and need a better maintenance. The mattress was very hard for me. No variety for breakfast, every day was the same. The orange juice was bad. Some tables in the breakfast area are very close to the main road and could be quite noisy.

Amazing garden - very green, spacious and excellent maintained with many benches and hammocks to sit and relax. Beautiful pool area, cozy breakfast/bar area, nice hotel building, great view from the room terrace, free parking. Very helpful staff. Good location - a short walk to the main street and square, restaurants and to the beach area.

The owner is present all the time, a pleasant person and accommodating. Older hotel but very pleasant to stay. Beautiful yard and surroundings.

Pillows were not comfortable, walls between balconies with neighbors are practically from metal mesh... Felt like we were sharing the balcony. Blue light from TV was killing me at night, had to turn it off from switch.

Attention towards specific dietary preferences (but needs to be mentioned in advance), very nice and clean pool, amazing yard that is also in perfect condition. Affordable bar with few but very nice drinks & cocktails.

We have no negative remarks! Maybe just one: some of the sunbeds from the pool needs to be renewed.

The hotel is located in an idyllic place, surrounded by olive threes and luxurious vegetation. It has a great pool. The breakfast was basic, but just fine, with fruits, cheese, salami and some local specialties. Our room was at the last floor, with a terrace, offering a wonderful sea view. Skala Fourka is a very nice village, close to Kassandria, Kallithea, Siviri. We visited every day Sani Beach, probably the nicer beach on Kassandra. The lady at the reception desk was very polite, a good host, highly intelligent and helped us a lot with many information. Thank you very much! About the room: small, but with a fridge, a decent bathroom (only with shower curtain). The room was cleaned every day, except on Sunday, with changed towels. It was probably the best price-quality rate! If we can, we will definitely return here!
