The noise, there was a constant boom boom until 3 every night, it left us feeling really tired! Not sure if other rooms had this but ours overlooking the sea certainly did. However became bearable once we bought decent ear plugs from supermarket on day 4, perhaps Hotel should offer these?

Breakfast was more than average, but it was nice to eat close to the sea. But late in the night clubs in the neighborhood started to play loud music with bass that made us crazy. No way to sleep. We left the hotel earlier.

We booked the suite, it was on the ground floor, with an entrance right from the street, no way to open the curtains. We asked for another room and got one one of the best rooms instead. Sea view, spacious, big windows. Just great. We are grateful for that change.

For dinner (Half board) food was repetitive esp salads, unimaginative and outright boring! We complained to the chef, he made an effort to change the menu for the last 2 days of our stay. The waitress who served us at dinner was flat out RUDE and acted like she was doing us a favour. After 4days, we reported her bad attitude and had her removed from serving us. We even put up a no-show for dinner the next evening because we were too disappointed by her attitude. We've been married 22yrs, have adult children. Cats all over the Dining area during buffet breakfast was off-putting for me and my husband. We cringed each time and asked the waitress to take them away. They kept coming back. Note: Get ready to pay €4.50 per day, per person for sunbed and parasol. My hubby didn't like the loud youths, probably drunk, screaming all night along the street, combined with non-stop partying music. If you want a peaceful holiday, Kahlua isn't the best fit for you. But if you want a party zone, it is the best place for you. We wanted a Double bed but the room had a twin bed.

Hotel is situated on the beach ⛱️ Outstanding view of the blue sea, blue skies and 'coloured beaded' sandy beach 🥰 LOVED it! Breakfast was buffet and delicious. Receptionist (from Serbia), on arrival was so welcoming, warm and hospitable, as we arrived at night. She allowed us relax and lie on the couch overnight before check-in, God bless her. Our room was huge with twin bed, extra large balcony and SEA VIEW overlooking many restaurants. Music blared all night on many days. I loved listening to the music. The waves of the ocean, although not treacherous, still got me nervous but I had a swell time on the water's edge with the ocean waves lapping against me. It was such fun with my hubby.

The stay was amazing - the localization of the hotel is great as it is in the centre of Hersonissos, close to many restaurants, pubs and shops - though I don't recommend choosing the rooms with the seaview - they go out straight on the main street and the Beach Bar - might be a bit noisy. The breakfasts were lovely, especially eaten outside on the beach. The Staff was lovely, special thanks to Alex who was of great help ALWAYS, open and able to deal with any problems, also his recommendations when it comes to Cretan attractions were spot on! The room was always clean, though I imagine may be a little bit small for two people for a longer stay. Overall really really content with the stay, good value for money! If I ever visit Hersonissos again, I will surely come back to Kahlua!

very noisy suite. Though on the 2nd floor, the loudness of the music all the night long was a bad experience. The curtains are not 100% black out and we had to wake up from the bright light of the day. Found hairs from the previous guests at the shower drain No welcome amenities, not even a bootle of water (costs 1€) or any coffee or sugar. There were no water glasses available Really unacceptable situation for a suite rented at 160€ + per night.

The room is a bit noisy in the night, but this is due to the position of the hotel in the middle of the movida street. Softer and shorter pillows might help for the ones not used to thicker and harder ones.

Everything was magnific. Really, even if you want to find some issue, you cannot. Perfect room, coherent price, great staff, everything clean, good breakfast. All that you want for a vacation is there. The two receptionists, Athina and Alexandros have helped me in every possible, need, since the beginning. I have seen them multitasking and very efficient. I recommend this hotel to everybody, just understand that the night the room can be a bit noisy because of the movida outside. The rest is perfect.

Soundproofing in the description does not correspond to reality, you can hear everything that happens outside the door. The exhaust ventilation in the bathroom made a lot of noise from wear

Only inconvenience was the Palm Beach Club nearby, even in October they have daily parties till early morning. Since our room was on the left side, we saw the club from our balcony. The windows were really good in filtering out most od the noise, but the thumping bass every day was bit unplesant to say the least. Again, not really fault of the hotel, but to more sensitive people it can really ruin the whole experience.

We got bigger room than expected and the room was very nice. Sea view is amazing. Hotel staff welcoming, breakfast selection was enough for a week's stay. Hotel is nearby the bus stop 21, so very easy to go around the island by public bus.

Access to the beach is paid. The shower did not have a door or curtain, so the entire bathroom floor would be wet after showering. But the worst thing is that they put “sound proofing” in the description and yet you can hear every single person walking in the hallways and parties happening outside. The bars close early right now due to covid though, so you don’t usually hear partying for too long

The hotel is in a very good location. We got the sea view room and I couldn’t recommend it enough. It was only extra 20 euros and made all the difference. The breakfast was good. There is a nice pool. The staff were nice and helpful. Didn’t really see children, it’s mostly adult couples staying here.

Our stay at the hotel was very good - breakfast and dinner were delicious. Also furry companions were included 🐈 very close to the sea and all the shops, you didn’t have to go outside in the evening to hear the city’s night life - you could observe everything from your balcony. In general, we recommend this place and its stuff 😊
