Our host was very friendly and helpful, the location is a ten minute walk from the beach and very near to restaurants and bars. The apartment is big, with AC in each room and a kitchen packed with everything you need.

The only fault was that there was no safe.

The hosts were amazing, nothing was too much trouble. We felt very welcomed. Our apartment was very spacious and clean, with air conditioning in all rooms. The location was ideal for the beach and just off the main strip.

The apartments a little bit old fashioned but it's okay we had everything we wanted.

Spacious apartment with equipment. There is a supermarket nearby and a beach a short distance away. I liked the terrace which was sufficiently covered and private. It was possible to park in the area without any problems. The environment (garden) of the apartments was pleasant, quiet. Children can go crazy with the ball there. What was most awesome was the staff. They are very friendly and when we asked them for help with the light, they immediately fixed it even though it was already late in the evening.

Perfect apartment for me! It was close to supermarkets, shops, beaches but with ‘green’ view and quiet place. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The hosts were so nice and very helpfully people. I felt like ‘home’. With you are a group of friends you can rent separate apartments and still been ‘together’ as they are located close to each other. There is no pool, but who needs pool, with all the noise and with all the beautiful beach’s that are around? I will come back! Thank Verendana & Dimitris

our car broke down and we had to extend our stay. the owners found us a car mechanic, organized the purchase of car parts, offered transportation, accommodation and exchanged ferry tickets for us. We highly recommend this apartment, you will have friendly hosts and a safe and beautiful stay.

Excellent place. Great for tourists that travel around the island. Extremely friendly and nice owners. Gave many tips what to see and taste (local food). Appartments have great location, parking for a car, big garden, terrase, fast and extremely well working internet. Many restaurants and bars can be reached within 5-10 minutes of walking

There was nothing. I loved the place.

Kalamaki is the perfect location on the island. The back garden is perfect for the kids. The flat size was perfect for the parents. The two kids and my wife and I. The hosts were perfectly friendly and accommodating. The beach was a lovely 15 mins walk. Just perfect!

We had an excellent time, enjoying both the location and the friendliness of the hosts for which nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were spacious and comfortable the air con a godsend with the thick walls keeping out a little night time noise from nearby venues. Thankyou so much for the brilliant holiday.

the garden view, the veranda for our breakfasts, the proximity to kalamaki beach, (we had a car for the rest), the lovely welcome and availability of the owners to help us, their presence on the property, the comfy beds, air con in every room, mosquito netting , and clean kitchen and bathroom with everything needed to cook our meals with, extra towels, the place was great and good value during high season!

Perfect place to stay in Kalamaki! The apartment was spacious with good air condition and many utensils to use, very nice garden. The owners were extremely nice and helpful!!! Thank you once again!

If I'm being picky the bathroom was cramped with the toilet, sink and bath/shower being really close together. The shower curtain was a bit dirty at the bottom and may need replacing soon. It could be a little difficult getting out of the bath but we managed. There was a little oven which was difficult to work and took ages to just make toast a separate toaster might be a better option we didn't use it as an oven. There was no dressing table or mirror in either of the bedrooms which made it awkward when getting ready. The owners took this on board and purchased a full length mirror 😀 I'm sure these are areas that will be addressed but we appreciate the last two seasons have been difficult for all hotel/holiday owners during covid.

The apartment was very clean and spacious. Some noise could be heard from the main street but it wasn't awful. The kitchen had a big fridge freezer and a good size double sink which was great for hand-washing. The twin hob was used to cook on and was functional. The beds were comfortable and there was extra bed sheets and towels in the wardrobes. When I needed clean towel they were given to me straight away. There was plenty of hanging space in both rooms I mentioned there wasn't a mirror in the rooms and one was purchased. The accommodation is in a great location and the patio area was comfortable although not very private. The owners were very friendly and were able to accommodate a late check out for us at a reasonable fee which was fantastic. We would certainly stay here again. All in all a great stay.

We did not like: - the wifi signal, lots of times was not working or not that great - the sound isolation in the bedrooms - that the last room did not have any windows and the humidity and heat was accumulating over the course of a day and was somewhat of a problem at night (even with AC turned on)

The property is very nice, lots of olive trees in a big garden, free parking on the premises, the beach at aprox 10 minutes. A big thank you to Veneranda and her brother Dimitris, they we're very nice and helpfull from the moment we arrived with tips and tricks regarding our stay and possible attractions around the island. Everything was clean and equipped with everything you could poosible need.
