Perfect location, very close to the beach, just a walk crossing the main street and the bus station (Santa Marina) is few steps away from the Hotel entrance. The pool was impeccable and the entire facility very clean.

Slow internet. We asked how we can get to the hotel from the airport before the trip, but they did not replied.

Nice view, daily cleaning, cute balcon. We had everything what we needed to enjoy our holiday. The apartman is like how it was described.

The only minus was that one of the beds was very short, not quite suitable for an adult.

Excellent location of the Hotel, very close to the beach and to the bus stop. The apartment has two bathrooms, spacious bedroom, the view from the room was astonishing and also it was cleaed every day! The swimming pool was very nice as well. We had a great time!

The only constraint we had was that reception is not always open so we had to wait for a few minutes for the receptionist to come to do the check-in. Besides that, we had no issues.

Agia Marina is full of life. A busy road full of restaurants, hotels, supermarkets, and stores, with the beach just behind. The hotel has true private parking. There was a big pool. The studios provide everything you need. The bathroom was fully renovated and with a rainforest shower. The room size was also impressive.

Very nice hotel, I don’t know about other rooms but our bathroom was like at 5 star hotel , Katerina at the reception was super friendly and helpful. Pool is big enough, good location to everything

Very nice location. Quit, but easy to take the bus into Chania town. The staff gave excellent service, very helpfull. The beach was to minutes away. Many nice restaurants nearby. I went on vacation with to teenagers. The loved the pool and the area, spescially shopping in Chania town.

No WiFi, no mobile signal in our room (not sure about other rooms, we had to buy extra mobile data to cover for this) and the pool needed some maintenance (possibly due to end of season). The shower was not containing the water very well and even with a towel on the floor, the water still reached the bedroom floor.

The building was nice, with all the advertised facilities (pool, AC, parking, etc.), on a central street in Agia Marina and with very easy access (less than 5 mins walking) to restaurants, bars, supermarkets and of course the beach. Staff was very pleasant and polite. Very clean room with kitchen and fridge!

It was hard to get a hold of people working there since the reception barely was open. The wifi didn’t work from the room, only if you went outside. Since our flight didn’t leave until late our last day we decided to stay by the pool until we had to leave. Because of this we asked to borrow two towels to dry ourselfs up with after showering when we were done with being in the pool, we were however not aloud to do so since ”the towels belong to the room”. It wasn’t the biggest thing, but ut was not that nice sense of service and we didn’t feel like we were asking for that much.
