The staf is very frendly and very helpfull. The view from the balcony is incredible, the villa is cozy, the rooms are very big and you have evrything that you need and the we loved the peacefullness of the place. Its the second year now and we will come for sure next year.

Remote location, close to the sea in a very quiet area. The apartment that we booked was in excelent condition and well equiped . Very modern and clean.

Beautiful small beaches nearby. Calm area. Balcony has a stunning view. While my mobile internet was interrupting, the Internet in the flat was good enough for online meetings. The village nearby has nice restaurants, that always has a free table (compared to other places in Greece at this time of the year this season , that is really a big plus :) ). I was happy to find out that that even fruit sellers accept card payments.

The house is brand new with all the facilities you'll ever need. Absolutely no complaints on anything. Perfect apartment. It's a couple of meters from the sea and the view from the huge terrace is really dreamy. There are no people around so you can enjoy the sound of waves and crickets which is usually the main reason why people come to the seaside in the first place. The beach is right in front of the house if you want a quick dip, and you have a lovely beach with a pine forest some 50m on the left. Most likely you will enjoy it alone.

there are sounds specific to block of flats but if above neighbor it's cool, everything it's ok :)

the view from balcony...it's stunning! located at aprox 50m near to beach, it's fabulous, to watch the sea, and an amazing olive tree garden and the whole place is in a very quiet zone. to watch the sunset with a glass of wine, amazing experience. I could sped the whole vacation on that balcony and in that superb garden. the apartment was super clean and sanitized. the host is very kind and it offer a lot of support!

Nice house with stunning view in relaxed surroundings and all of the necessary appliances. Very comfy bed, very clean and also good internet. There are a few small beaches just 1-5 minutes by feet which was also great and Nikiti with all of its restaurants and supermarkets is 10 by car.

It's a wonderfull location, very clean and the staff are very frendly, we will return for sure. The position of the villa, its almost 30 m from the sea with a nice view.

The location is fantastic. Of course you need a car. The apartment super comfortable and clean. The owners very polite and helpful. I think that's all you need for the perfect vacation. Definitely my first choice next time.

Very friendly owner family, who took care of all our wishes. We always felt save in Kalivas Beach House. The view from the apartment are fantastic, also the location in the middle Chalkidiki peninsula is ideal for excursions in the whole area. The water quality of the beaches is great, during a boat trip down the Athos coast we saw several dolphins. I can really recommend Kalivas Beach House

There was nothing that we didn't like. Maybe just to change check in and check out hours, since it is presented from 07:00 to 23:00, which is not correct.

We liked everything. Accomodation was perfect, had all things that you need. Secluded beach was 10/10 for us. We were basically alone, on sandy beach with beautiful sea. Weather was perfect during our stay.
