No shower curtain. I'm not a big fan of wet bathroom floors. Mattress and pillows were a bit uncomfortable. The mini fridge was loud.

The location of the hotel was superb. The host Kallirroi was so nice and supportive. The room was very clean and spacious. I am scared of insects and flies, and I was very happy to see that the window has a flynet. There are two common areas, one balcony and one terrace, where you can hang your wet towels or swimsuits after swimming. The bathroom was renovated, the only thing which can be improved in the bathroom can be a shower curtain. As there was no curtain in the shower, the floor was getting wet. There was a small kitchen in the room, where you can prepare some food. We didn't use the kitchen, so I cannot comment on it but we used the fridge for cold water only.

Kallirroi Studios are less than 2 minute walk to the harbour, restaurants & main street. Rooms were clean, spacious & excellent value.

Don’t expect luxury but its clean and everything is enough. No breakfast in this hotel, but we knew it before coming. there are markets and many caffes around. The small kitchenette in the room serves the purpose

The host was awaiting us and gave us a most warm welcome. We could even chose between a room downstairs or on the first floor. The room itself was spacious, very clean and wel furnished.

The owner of the hotel is a teacher. Once we are leaving the schools are opened and we could not see Kalliroi to tell our appreciation and best wishes. I told all of our appreciation and gratefullness to the owners esteemed mother. Hope to see you again.

Great place with friendly owner and her mother. Just in the heart of Phytagorio and Samos. All the attractions and best places of the island is in a walking distance. Rooms and beds are comfy and clean. 1 min walk to supermarket where you can buy all the staff for breakfast and have your breakfast in the cute balcony. We stayed with our 7 years old kid in a room for 3 beds. AC, stove, TV, Wi-Fi, fridge works properly. Since you are in the heart of the island, no need to rent a car. You can arrive the place from Vathi Port by bus which is around 2 Euros per head or by taxi which is 20 Euro. It is in a walking distance from the airport or Phytagorio Port. Lots of beaches and sea side restaurants are in walking distance. We loved most Kouros with good restaurant and seaside cafe where you do not need to pay extra for sunbeds next to the cafe if you eat or drink sth from the cafe or restaurant.

The property is located in the heart of Pythagorion! Best beaches, restaurants and bars were in a walking distance. The rooms were lovely and very clean. Also, the owner was incredibly friendly:)

The owner was very nice, kind and helpful. Room was clean. The Hotel was very close to port and seaside. You can go to Remetika or Pythagorion beaches in 5 minutes with walking. There were many choices for restaurant around.

- Before we just arrived, they texted us, give the information about place and said: we should pay cash because they had a problem with the payment terminal! I offer to pay by the booking, it is said that they dont have any payment method like that. -I booked the price at 55€ but they charged me 55.50. I showed my receipt from booking, they showed their receipt and said it is a tax and we should be read the small letters in the agreement. They are right it was written in the invoice. At the other hotel that we stayed, these taxes are included the price. But in this facility, the "Government Tax" are NOT included the price. So read the invoice carefully. -The bed was squeaking and uncomfortable - Even i paid more for the room with air-conditioned, the air-condition was very old and doesn't work properly. We started it at evening, finally we had fresh air in the morning! -The rooms door is very old and may felt you unsecure. But we didnt have any trouble. - The bathroom was very old too.

Just location. With one step, you are in the harbour where most of the restaurants and pubs are. And also very close the ferry. Rooms has a common big terrace.
