When you take a shower, water comes out of under the bathroom door. This problem can be solved with a slope or a obstacle placed in front of the door.

The room and location of the house exceeded of my expectations. The location and content of the room exceeded my expectations. Manolis and Maria left complimentary soft drinks and waters in our room, a bottle of Kefalos wine and an appetizer to go with the wine. In addition to the towels, they provided bathrobes for both of us. The room was cleaned every day. The kitchen utensils were all new, hopefully next time they will include an ouzo glass. The balcony view from the room was great, it was great to drink wine on the balcony with a view of the sea and the island of Kastri.

It was super nice. The host was lovely and picked us up at the airport and told us what we could visit and how the beaches are. He also was super supportive when we had question. The view from the apartment was amazing, you could directly look at the lokal beach. The location of the apartment was also near ti the beach, supermarket, ATM and restaurants.

The friendly pleasant host met us and provided all the necessary information. A transfer from the airport was also offered at a very attractive price. Very good location - in a quiet place, but also closed to the center. There was also a bus stop, supermarket and tavernes nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, had everything you needed. And this gorgeous view from the balcony! 🙂 This is a great place to stay for holidays!

The bathroom door would not stay shut. But this was a minor inconvenience.

Excellent location with a wonderful view of Kastri island from the balcony and a path from the property garden down to the beach very close by. A short walk to a supermarket and to restaurants and cafes. Great communication with our host Manolis who was there to meet us on arrival with a lovely welcome. The extras provided in the room were much appreciated - cold drinks, a lovely bottle of wine, breakfast items, tea and coffee, toiletries, bathrobes and slippers. It all helped to get us off to a good start on our first holiday in Kefalos! Manolis was very helpful throughout our stay and we also met his lovely mum Soula when she came to freshen up the room with clean sheets and towels. Very comfy large bed and nice towels which were changed just when needed. Modern bathroom with a good shower and plenty of space to put your toiletries etc. The safety deposit box was very useful and included in the price of the room. There is a washing machine on the ground floor which we could have used if we needed to.

The Second Floor Appartement had an amazing view. It was super clean and well organized! The bed was really comfortable! The balcony at the corner big enough to hang out under the sun umbrella, to enjoy a morning coffee at sunrise and a late Ouzo after a nice Restaurant visit down at the beach :) The hosts super friendly and very flexible concerning check in and out.

The owners were very friendly and helpful! Our flight was leaving in the evening and we wanted to enjoy one last time kefalos and they make it possible to leave our bags at the hotel so don’t have to take it with us.

We had an excellent stay here. The owners are very welcoming and helpful. The appartement is clean and has a nice bed, 1 minute walking from the beach and close to several restaurants and bars. For those traveling by bus, there is a bus-stop at 200m and also several scooter/car rental places nearby. We had flexible checkin and checkout times, and last but not least the fridge was already filled with some water, sodas and a nice bottle of wine which was excellent to spend a nice moment at the balcony while watching over the sea which is right in front of the appartement.

Not this hotels fault - the government kept cutting the mains water off intermittently and without warning. It could be a pain. The aircon failed after about three days and being an island, the replacement part was unavailable for a number days. As a result, my room was very hot. But again, this was not the owner’s fault and he did everything he could to try and fix it. It is an island. Some things are not readily available. These were niggly things which detracted from my stay. I got eaten alive by mosquitoes one night because I left my windows open to cool the room because there was no aircon. My fault entirely. But Manolis did everything he could to make my stay comfortable and great value. He seemed genuinely upset that he couldn’t fix the aircon sooner. I have taken off one point because of the lack of aircon. Otherwise Villa Soula is really good value for money and ideally situated for exploring the beaches and accessing any services you may require.

The host was magnificent. Really friendly and really attentive. He responded to any requests I had very quickly and always followed through on his promises. I particularly liked his little welcome gift of a chilled bottle of wine. Plus they provided substantial toiletries that you would expect in a larger facility. The linen was spotless and changed regularly. The location itself is almost right in the beach and within a short walk you have really good restaurants and bars, an atm and supermarket. And the bus stop to explore the island is just down the road. I felt welcomed and like I was not a burden. I felt valued and I’m grateful to Manolis and his wife for their help while I was there.

The doors are a bit too old and noisy, if somebody was opening or closing them at night or early morning I could get awake. The shower curtain doesn’t really keep the water inside

We were only there for one night, but were very impressed with the room. It was comfortable and well equipped. The owner could not have been more friendly or helpful. The only thing we found a bit problematic was showering without the water leaking out on to the floor.
