This is a fabulous hotel with very friendly staff. The rooms are spacious and with a lot of character! We particularly enjoyed the shower with the rainfall showerhead and the spa jets. The mini fridge was fully stocked with water, energy bars and other drinks and to our surprise they were all for free. The breakfast bar also had a lot of choices. If you are traveling by car this hotel has you covered as it has available parking spaces, both covered and uncovered.

The immediate neighbourhood because they were doing road works and because there were many closed abandoned shops but that was not the hotels fault. Having said that, the location of the hotel was very good. A short stroll to the lake, castle and old town. Also many nice restaurants, cafes and bars close by

Everything was perfect. We loved our room. The bed was super comfy. Our room was very clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were friendly and very helpful.

From the moment we arrived until we left, the staff could not have been more helpful. The hotel and room was first class and so comfortable.

The approach by car was a bit tricky..especially at the moment when the roads were dug up.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The restoration was sympathetically done , with the interior decoration to match, with the advantage of every modern facility you could wish for. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic ..nothing was too much problem for Maria and her team.

Awesome rooms and interior design with strong local touch. Staff was very flexibel to our needs and even organized the 1am bottle of wine and snacks after a late arrival. Breakfast was very fresh with home made products and a great omelette.

We found the premium room “Stavrou” to be problematic because of its location on the ground floor facing the courtyard. People were sitting at tables, literally a meter from our only windows, to smoke, have coffee and eat. Not only was this an issue of privacy but the noise and smoke tarnished an otherwise fantastic experience.

The aesthetics are amazing. Beautiful interior spaces and the staff are welcoming and helpful. Breakfast is absolutely amazing. Great central location.

Beautiful historic building, decorated with attention to detail. The staff was very welcoming and made us and the children feel at home. Good, hearty breakfast with big variety of savoury and sweet dishes. And the location is absolutely amazing. Highly recommended, thank you.
