The rooms are very clean and the furniture is new. The location is great, it is 4-5 minutes away from the center of the city. Owners were helpful and easy to communicate with. There is a supermarket 2 minutes from accomodation. All of the beautiful beaches are in the radius of 30 km from Neos Marmaras so it is a great place to stay in Sithonia. Would highly recommend Kaplanis house for visitors, you will not be disappointed 😊

I noticed that the garbage was taken only when I required (after 2 days).

Central location with fast access to restaurants, port and many stores. Quiet area, with nice partial view of the sea from the room. Comfortable bed and balcony. Bathroom shape was a bit uncomfortable for accessing the toilet. Some additional storing area was needed for personal toiletries. Kind host, welcoming and ready to offer support and recommend various options available in the area. I appreciated the fact that the host offered us a room with Chichinete, although the room presented on Booking didn't have this facility (and I asked for it in the special requirements section).

Not sure who’s fault this is, but make sure that the facilities include kitchenette, if you need one. We saw it on the chosen room pictures, but it was probably not listed in the facilities and with a very small fridge and not enough surfaces, we had difficulties making breakfast and storing cold drinks.

Location is great - close to the beach and city center. It’s easy to get to it by car (from the main road ), without getting in the steep, narrow streets). Also everything is very clean and enjoyable, especially the big balcony.

Very good studio. Charming room, lovely colors. Hosts were always at our service asking if we need something . Very nice, clean linen, comfortable pillows and mats. Always clean. In the centar of the city, near the mall. Quite during the night and in the morning, which is so rare and very hard to find. Big regards to Gianna , who was always at our service.

When I paid for the apartment, I thought I had a sea view because the pictures were so directed and nowhere does it say otherwise. The view is nowhere, the courtyard of the building across the street and the apartment below the street level has virtually no normal window. It's realistically it's not worth that much money and I've basically been scammed by booking and apartment owners but I didn't go there for accommodation but I don't care

Internet was bad, I think because we were to far from router, but it was good enough for simple stuff. There is no private parking and you need to find different spot everyday, but good thing is that you can always find it very close.

Location and view are amazing! Place is very very clean (new towels, badsheats even more often than neccecary), host are very friendly, easy to comunicate and understaand. For this money, it is more than great! Well done!

The A/C was barely working in one of our rooms. Aside from this, everything was nice.

The house was easy to find. Cozy place for a couple of nights. The room was clean. Bed was comfy. We would stay there again!

The internet is good but it drops down frequently. I think this is manageable if only the router is adjusted. The only thing I didn't like are the curtains in the shower. The water gathers on the bathroom floor and it takes time to get dried. It would be better if there are plastic fences instead of the curtains.

This is the second time I came back in Kaplanis and I am generally satisfied. The staff is kind and polite, the accommodation is on a good location.

The hair dryer was blowing cold air and we couldn't blow dry our hair.

The location was good, it was close to the city, the staff was welcoming and friendly. The rooms were tidy and we received room service everyday.

The rooms are smaller than they seem. Our apartment wasn't as nice as the ones in the photos. There was noise from the street and we had to close the balcony door so we could sleep, which was a big issue for me.

The rooms were cleaned every day and it was spotless. The double bed was comfortable and big.

Very bad WiFi signal (actually no signal at all), no water kettle for making coffee, little table for eating would be also nice in the room. The last day host asks as how we want to pay the rest of the price (50%), although we payed with the card, it was really embarassing in front of other people, like we was some kind of criminal. Than she realized that she hadn't witdrawn all of the money and turned around and left. (without apologizing)

Small table on the balcony, as there is no other place to eat. Poor wi fi connection, the bed is not so comfortable as it looks like. Any way, the price corresponding to the quality.

The place is close to the city centre and the beach Paradisos. Very clean.

unfortunately we didn't manage to rest and sleep, on the days we were there there were also 10 Romanians. terribly noisy.. slamming doors, moving furniture, shouts and even from neighboring rooms on the lower floors.. they had taken over the hotel. The insulation of the hotel is not good and you can hear everything from every room. I don't understand why the hotel host didn't make a remark to them after hearing and seeing everything. Still, there were other people who had come on vacation

the place is in a nice place, very close to the center. They cleaned our room every day, the hotel is small, cozy and family run.
