Beds are very comfortable and bedding and pillows are so soft! And the Lady at the front desk was so helpful telling us about all the things to do around the location and shared information about place to visit at the islands!

The noise from the people in the room next door as we had an interconnecting door. We could hear them coughing and the TV later at night which was a bit of a disturbance.

We had a deluxe room on a high floor with a lovely balcony facing the sea. Views were nice. The room was a great size, had a safe, tea & coffee making facilities and plenty of storage space for luggage and clothes. Nice bathroom with everything working well. Lovely breakfast and what a pleasant surprise to be able to carry your breakfast tray across the road to the covered terrace with views down to the city and the harbour. Friendly helpful staff. We also loved having access to the sister hotel Karalis Beach Hotel with its beautiful beach bar and sun lounge area, only a short walk from the Karalis City Hotel. We had a car and found parking easily in a small street just opposite.

There was just a small noise coming from the bathroom pipes from time to time when we were using the bathroom facilities but nothing too disturbing. Also the breakfast was good enough, but nothing extremely awesome. So, if I were to visit again I would prefer to get my breakfast in one of the typical cafes in the main square of Pylos.

Positioned in a beautiful location in Pylos, our room was overlooking the sea so that was extremely beautiful. The staff very very friendly and accommodating and overall a pleasant experience and a clean room.

The walls in the rooms feel like cardboard with no noise insulation, so we could hear every noise or conversations in adjacent rooms.

The view is amazing, Pylos city centre and harbor are quite charming with a lot of restaurants, superb beaches in the area, and Gialova village nearby hosts several excellent restaurants.

We liked everything

Staying at the Karalis was easy. A gorgeous view of Pylos, a leisurely walk into the harbour with all its beautiful cafes, restaurants and shops. Our room had a balcony overlooking the whole town. The room itself had brilliant air conditioning, comfortable beds, a great shower and it was newly renovated. Perfect for our stay. Breakfast was plentiful with variety to suit all palates. The view from breakfast was the perfect way to start our day. The staff were always ready to assist in any way friendly and accomodating.

Breakfast was ok. its was very basic, you got food, but not as good as some in greece. Cakes were store bought and stale.

Whoever installed the toilet in our bathroom must have been a giant, as it was positioned so high my feet were left dangling in the air! Also another minor point, but considering it was an excellent breakfast you would expect fresh orange juice rather than the insipid orange-coloured liquid on offer - especially considering there are hundreds of acres of orange groves near Pylos!! Apart from these minor niggles everything was perfect.

Staff were very welcoming and helpful. We had a superior room on the 3rd floor which had a balcony and a fantastic view across the harbour. The room was very spacious and appeared to have been recently refurbished to a very high standard. Very comfortable bed. No problem with traffic noise with the windows closed. Breakfast choice was excellent, nice to be able to eat it outside on the terrace across the road. Just a short 5 minute walk down the hill brings you to the charming square in Pylos where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. Overall a very enjoyable experience.

In response to what could be better, it's honestly hard to find any area of improvement for Karalis City Hotel. Given the price point, the value is exceptional. The room I stayed in offered a breathtaking view from the balcony, showcasing the serene sea, majestic mountains, and the graceful passage of ships. It was a sight I eagerly anticipated every morning. Everything, from services to ambiance, seems well-thought-out and tailored for a memorable experience.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Karalis City Hotel, and it was an experience I won't soon forget. From the moment I stepped in, I was enveloped in a warm and welcoming atmosphere that felt both luxurious and homely. Every morning, I looked forward to their delectable breakfast spread that offered a delightful mix of local and international flavors. It set the perfect tone for the day. The services offered were impeccable, meeting all my expectations. The staff was exceptionally attentive, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and memorable. The hotel has an amazing view on the harbor or Pylos. We enjoyed the suite on the fourth floor. Simply amazing. Large, with nicely furnished and with several facilities. A special thanks to Natasha who welcomed us and gave plenty of useful advices.
