A smashing, friendly hotel in the middle of Kassiopi. Our room was spacious and quiet with a large, comfortable bed. On site parking was a welcome bonus.

Leaving - I nearly cried when the receptionist gave me a little local gift.

Brilliant location right on the main street but absolutely no street noise due to good soundproofing. The bed was comfortable and there were blackout curtains to ensure a good night sleep. Air Con also worked perfectly and is included in the price. The breakfast was the best i've ever had, especially in Greece - so much choice and thought put into it. The staff are so helpful and friendly. It does feel more like a town centre hotel than resort hotel - but then it is in the town ! Nice to have a pool for a dip but it's not a lap pool or easy to just jump in as small and elevated up steps. There is a reasonable number of sunbeds but it feels closed in with walls all around there is no breeze and it gets very hot - not really a place to spend the day.

Very picky but the bedroom we had was small so not much space for two suitcases and all our stuff! A hotel gym would be a great addition.

Excellent new hotel, wonderful staff. The pool is small but refreshing, could always get a sunbed. Breakfast has lots of choices and goes on until 11am which is great.

Our room was positioned at the side of the building with limited views and sunshine. The car park had a limited number of spaces with some tricky manoeuvring so we decided to use the parking lot further down the street at a charge. There was some noise from bars further down the street with music and TV football but it was not a significant distraction. There was a little noise as people passed our room along the corridor to and from the car park. The sun bathing area and pool were much smaller than the photos suggested and this made for some disappointment, particularly as the loungers were usually taken.

Smart, clean, modern boutique style hotel perfectly located. We stayed in room 103, suited accommodation on the ground floor with good sized rooms and bathroom for 4 nights in late August. We liked the air con which worked very effectively in both rooms. The shower was good in size and provided plenty of hot water. The bed was comfortable. The black out curtains worked well. We appreciated the complementary waters and the tea making facilities. We liked the ample breakfasts - hot and continental options with attentive and friendly staff. The wifi signal was good. We appreciated our gift on departure. Thank you.

The bathroom is small and cleaners are only doing the minimum cleaning. The tap heads were not cleaned all through our stay. Also the cleaning ladies just want to clean whether you are ready for them or not.

The staff are great people!!! Joanna, Maria, Henri and Stefano. Wonderful ladies and the two lads that assisted too. Sorry I didn’t get their names. The hotel is on a great location not far from many beaches. It is a newly renovated property and the street of Kassiop are super clean. The restaurants around the town are great. I wouldn’t mind to visit again

The bathroom was too small and badly planned, after taking shower the water was all over the floor. Corner room heats up by sun a lot, but luckily air conditioning did help.

Good location on the main tourist street with private parking. Friendly staff was trying to do their best to fulfill our needs. Excellent breakfasts!

We got the suite with two rooms but only one room, the living room, has aircondition, so you have to sleep with open doors between the rooms since is really hot, and the whole point of getting the two rooms is to get privacy, so that's a bummer 😞. The toilet seat was loose and it was not possible to keep it straight up while sitting or it fell off once one sat up. Otherwise the room is really nice with a nice balcony. Since you are in the middle of town it can get noice at night but it's ok once you close the doors. I would recommend this place but they should really pay attention to this small but important details so the price you pay gets reflected in the service you receive.

Good location. Charming village. A lot of restaurants, bars and shops near by, the beaches are 3 to 10 min walk. The staff is very friendly, the breakfast is good. A small hotel, pretty cozy atmosphere.

We have just returned from a 7 nights stay. The hotel was spotlessly clean, rooms very comfortable, breakfast was excellent. Hotel is located between the harbour and village square. Hotel staff were very helpful and welcoming. We will be returning and would highly recommend.

Its a newly renovated hotel. My biggest moan was the toilet seat lid that did not stay up. Surely its something that should have been seen to when the build was done (cleaning staff should have been reporting it from the onset)
