It is hard to say. I like almost everything. Maybe one advice for the backyard, it can be a bit beautified. The lawn can be tidied up, the fance a bit safer and more greenery (this is my personal opinion :).

Stamatia was super responsive and helpful. The aparment was new, big, clean and modern. There is also available free parking.

So far, the best apartment that we have stayed in Nikiti. Big and clean rooms, great location and very nice and helpful owner. Everything was wonderful. We will be back again for sure.

It would have been nice to have a washing machine. Also, be aware that you do not have air conditioning in the sleeping rooms, so you have to sleep with the doors open if its very hot.

Big brand new apartments with all the comforts, clean and with a strategic position, only 5 minutes walking from the center. The Host Stamatia has been very welcoming and gave us all the information about the surroundings! Highly recommend!!

A great apartment, which is newly built and is very spacious. Our family of five fit comfortably and the apartment is equipped with everything you may need. The location was great, within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants in Nikiti but located off the main strip so it was very quiet and peaceful. Our host was very helpful and available if needed.

We enjoyed very much our stay here. The apartment is modern, nicely decorated with a well equipped kitchenette. The cleaning was maintained daily and at 3 days the towels and bed linen were changed. The property has some park places for the cars. The host was a very nice and helpful.

We do not have any complaints on regards to this beautiful place...the only thing that I would love is that other people that rent apartamens like these, would have respect for the others on regrards to sleeping hours and noise...it's common sense but, unfortunately, some of us, do not have it..

The apartament is part of 2 new buildings constructed near the main road that connects the city and the pormenade and port.Although this is a busy location, we did not had any problems with noise or parking.We were delighted to find a perfect apart for our family, with all that we neded.

Everything is modern, new and very clean. The couch from the living room is very spacious and comfortable, so in the apartment can easily fit 6 adults. The kitchen is very well organized, with everything you need to cook, to eat or drink. The location is just few steps for restaurants, supermarket and a nice pastry shop. It is not very far away from the beach, but we didn't care so much the apartment to be on the beach, cause we prefered to go to other beach daily, by car. Stamatia, the host, is a very nice and communicative lady, we really appreciated it!

The place exceeded our expectations. It is very comfortable, designed with style and care for every detail. It was great pleasure to relax there after a hot day on the beach. There is also a big terrace where you can sit and have a drink. The bathroom is also very big and comfortable. One of the best things we liked is that it was just a short walk away from the busy streets with restaurants and shops but absolutely quiet and peaceful, so we had a very good sleep during the day and at night. It's a place to visit not just once!

The location has everything you need. We rented two apartments and the space was great for us. Somebody would come daily and clean the house. We also had access to the small backyard, which the children enjoyed a lot. The apartments look just like in the pictures.

The property was exceptional! The building was constructed in summer 2021 and consists of 4 beautiful apartments. Each apartment was designed and furnished to provide a luxury experience. We travelled with 2 kids and felt very comfortable, From the comfy beds, large balcony, luxurious bathroom, the property definitely met all of our needs! It is located only a short few hundred meter walk from the beach, restaurants and all the activities in Nikiti. The property also provides ample parking. We would definitely recommend KaSta apartments as a place to stay in Nikiti and explore the rest of beautiful Sithonia!
