We spent a week here during our summer vacation. Everything was great; the property is very well-maintained, providing us a peaceful stay. Katerina, the owner, was always around, asking how we felt or if we needed something. We had pleasant talks on different topics on the patio with the pergola next to the reception. My daughter was charmed when Katerina offered her Mentos and wanted to meet her all the time. We felt so good here. The room is spacious, very clean, and we enjoyed beautiful evenings gazing at the olive garden. There are plenty of good restaurants to choose from nearby the property. The beach is also close to the property. My daughter loved the shallow water spread over 100 meters away from the shore. I would love to come back to Katerina Studios.

The room was very nice, spacious and clean. Also has a nice garden. Well positioned with tavernas, bars and a nice bakery in the vicinity and only a 10 minutes walk to the beach. Lovely host.

Enough chair and table for 2 person. Can cook and safety place. Nearby the restaurant, supermarket, to rent ATV, join a tour, even the beach. The host also borrowed an umbrella for us. But unfortunately if you need to use summing pool, you need to ask them first and buy something drinks. So we want to do that.

Katerina is very nice , helpful, flexible and always available. The apartman location is excellent :) the room is very clean (they clean it every day) and comfortable, we definetly will come back!

Studio on a great location with really beautiful rooms. There is a very nice back yard which is excellent taken care of. The back yard has a nice playground for kids. Location of the studio looks like a starting point of the street for many restaurants, bars and shops. There is about 5-7 min walk to the beach. Very clean place, great beds and pillows and a great terrace. On our arrival, Katerina's son welcomed us, and later Katerina herself welcomed us again. She is a very pleasant lady who would say hi and chat a little every time we meet during the day. She has also offered any help we could need during our stay. I would highly recomend Katerina Studios.

Location was perfect in the heart of Tsilivi right next to all the restaurants and the main street but still has the quietness not be bothered with any noise. The room was amazing and very comfortable and clean and had all the needed utilities. Katerina is the most welcoming person she was even waiting for us personally even though we arrived late at night. The beach is a 5 mins walk as well and the hotel is not situated on a hill so you wont get tired from walking uphill or anything especially that alot of other accommodations are situated on hills. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic host , great location , lovely room. Im a big 19 stone ex Rugby playing chap and the beds were fantastic and I had awesome sleep which is great on holiday. Super bathroom very modern with excellent walk in shower facilities which again is great for a big chap . Very clean complex and excellent maid service , always with a smile. Balcony was lovely with peaceful very well attended gardens to the front and the Hotel Princess and its 4 star facilities just 30 yards to the right . You almost feel attached to the hotel Princess which makes it a great place to chill for the day. This has an excellent pool available for use if you buy drinks etc. Katerina is very helpful and her son took me to the airport for the return trip home. I have been to Tsilivi around 15 times and this is a great location at the best end of the resort and just tucked away off the road through the resort in a little Cul de sac. Its peaceful and quiet yet within 20 seconds you are on this road where you have lovely bars and restaurants . Safe deposit box and Air conditioning all part of the price and plenty of facilities to store clothes. Hair dryer in the bathroom , tea and coffee facilities in the room along with modern fridge and modern cooking appliance. Plenty of cooking utensils in the room. Iron and board in the room also. Substantial supermarket within 2 mins walk. A great complex for couples. I just needed a quiet break due to family bereavement and this was outstanding in all aspects for a relaxed bit of tranquility in a lovely place yet close to all you could need.

Katerina was friendly and helped arrange transportation to and from the airport. The room was large and new. The studio is at very convenient location.

Unfortunately in this part of the island there is no phone signal and the wifi is pretty slow. But besides this, everything was perfect.

We liked the location and the host helped us with any information we needed. The accommodation was clean and comfy, the cleaning lady came every day and the towels were changed once every 2 days. From my point of view it is a very good stay for a correct price.

The owner of the place is a little bit pushy. She explained us exactly how to park the car, she entered in our room while we were outside to close the AC because we were not “using it properly” and the cleaning part it’s not justified. We paid around 140 euro per night but the towels were changed once at 2 days and the bed linens were changed once at 3 days. As you can imagine is very warm and the timeframe for the bed linen refreshment is a little bit too big.

The area where the apartments are placed is very calm and peaceful. It’s ok for couples searching for relaxing time.

Room very clean, a lot a space. Very modern appartment and bathroom! There's also a cute balcony. Plus, Katerina is a charm and ready to help you with anything!
